I smirked coldly at the four regional bosses under me.

He Bei Zong Duo underwent a tremendous transformation. I gave them another week to solidify their positions. Two weeks later, I called Qu Youyang and informed her that everything regarding He Bei Zong Duo was complete and that the Enforcement Hall could take over!
Qu Youyang assured me there was no problem and immediately arranged for someone from the Enforcement Hall to come here and pick me up.
After hanging up the phone, it was time to confront Du Tao. I issued my final command within He Bei Zong Duo: dismissing four regional leaders and sixteen hall masters, all replaced by those who had already established their authority and influence!
Wan Fei became the new Vice Leader of He Bei Zong Duo!
