John, as the elder brother, couldn't provide you with an answer. All I can say is to focus on your own responsibilities; at least for the next seven or eight years, the orcs won't make any significant moves. 0

John took a moment to compose himself and said, "Let's go, big brother. It's time to attend the banquet." Since nothing could be changed, it was better to enjoy the present. 0

After the battle concluded, everyone began their journey home, returning to their respective families. Even Redman had to return to his family first to attend a meeting. After all, he had expanded their territory and acquired a barony, which was undoubtedly the greatest fortune for his family in recent years and worthy of a grand celebration. 0

Of course, there was something even more important: Redman needed to recruit talented individuals from his family. Those second sons who felt stifled were eagerly waiting for him. One shouldn't assume that being a Noble Youth guarantees a bright future; many nobles spend their entire lives without achieving Transcendence. Some who manage to reach Transcendence can serve as Virtual Knights under various Great Nobles. 0

For those who do not reach Transcendence but become Half-Step Transcendents, if their families have the means, they are equipped with knightly armor, lances, and warhorses with Beast Bloodlines, allowing them to become Wandering Knights. The weapons of knights are far more expensive than those of guards; guards typically wield standardized armor and weapons, while even a Half-Step Transcendent Wandering Knight possesses weapons crafted by high-priced artisans. A well-maintained set of armor can last through three generations. 0

Some noble branch disciples who cannot gather sufficient resources must settle for ordinary Ironclad armor and join Mercenary groups to make a living. The Gray Bear Mercenary Corps from Poland was comprised of such Noble Youths, but one of them eventually proved himself worthy and achieved Transcendence. 0

Those without any training talent or skills often end up as commoners. In one or two generations, apart from holding the title of Noble Youth, their lives may be worse than those of wealthy commoners. John’s uncle George White had specifically requested to bring guards along to secure a good position for his son in Redman's first group. 0

Once mounted on his warhorse, Redman asked John again, "Are you sure you don't want to come back with me?" 0

John shook his head. Despite saying so much, he still wanted to check out the territory first. "No, big brother. You know I don't know anyone in your family, and my presence would only cause you trouble." 0

John was no longer the same person he used to be; he increasingly recognized how much pressure his elder brother had endured to help him achieve Actual Knight status. He couldn't follow along this time; doing so might easily embroil his brother in controversy. 0

He needed to visit the territory first and see if he could assist Redman in any way. He was also eager to see what his own Salty Fish Village was like. "I'll head to the territory first and take some soldiers with me to check for any issues. It would be good timing to clean up Binhai Town for you." 0

"Then I'll take my leave!" Redman said as he squeezed his legs against the horse's belly and set off with twenty armored soldiers sent by the White Family and one hundred militia. 0

After sending off Redman, John prepared to depart as well. Although he didn't have as many friends and relatives among the nobility as others did, he had a professional template. The new round of professional template recruitment had begun again, and his team grew by four: one Transcendent and three seasoned bandits. 0

Looking at the three scruffy bandit soldiers that had just joined, John almost hesitated to accept them into his team if he hadn't known they were Template Rewards. 0

The so-called range of warriors is quite broad; does anyone who knows how to wield a sword or handle a gun count as a warrior? 0

Leading the remaining hundred or so militia, John rushed toward Wada Waxiwa City. He needed to quickly exchange the money in his hands for resources, as without Marquis Duvas providing food, their team was on the verge of starvation. 0
