Kuiradi flexed his muscles, striking various bodybuilding poses.
"Master, you can call me Lionheart Gladiator from now on," he said with a grin.
John Ke, uninterested in the display, quickly urged Kuiradi to stop. "Alright, put away the transformation. I can feel your fierce aura; there's no need to show off here—there are no lionesses around."
"Right, right, stop being vain. Once the Master gets the Transcendent Magic Wolf Heart, we’ll all be like you," Kuiradi replied.
Master shot a disapproving look at Kuiradi. If it weren't for his exceptional skills, he wouldn't have this privilege.
Kuiradi returned to his normal self and playfully sprawled across Master, teasing him with laughter.
"Come on, you're just jealous. I can hear the bitterness in your words," Kuiradi teased.
"Jealous of you? Not a chance," Master retorted stubbornly.
Kuiradi ruffled Master's hair and turned to the others. "The Master won't be taking any Bloodline Knight Potions, but don’t worry! Once I become Transcendent, I’ll definitely find a way to catch some Magic Wolves for you all. Soon enough, we’ll all be Transcendent too! Hahaha!"
"Now that's more like it," someone chimed in.
"Alright, enough fooling around. Let’s get some sleep; I have important matters to attend to tomorrow," John Ke reminded them.
He recalled his brother mentioning that they would be introduced to some influential people the next day.
Noble socializing was on the agenda. After all, John had attended several banquets before; it was just about eating and drinking.
But who knew noble banquets would turn out like this? He had expected food and drink, not this kind of entertainment. He was surprised by how risqué things had become; he never imagined these nobles would indulge in such antics.
His brother Redman was sitting with two beautiful ladies, enjoying their company and drinking merrily while John sat alone nursing his drink.
Redman got up and moved next to John, not forgetting to offer one of his companions to him. "What’s wrong? Come on, little brother, don’t be shy! Here’s someone for you."
Nearby, Baron Hyde and Baron Leon were also enjoying themselves with younger women, singing along cheerfully.
John Ke had no intention of getting too involved with these ladies.
"I think I'll pass. Big Brother, maybe you should too."
Redman had no intention of stopping; instead, he encouraged John. "After three years in the army, even a sow can turn into a beautiful elf. We've been marching for so long—what's wrong with letting loose a little? Let's keep the music playing and dance!"
John watched Redman move about with enthusiasm and had to admit he was indeed a good big brother. He himself was too afraid to join in; in this otherworldly environment, he dreaded catching some disease—those who understood knew exactly what he meant.
"Big Brother, I'm going to step out for a bit. It's too noisy for my liking."
"Come on, don’t say I didn’t take you out to have fun!" Redman said as he pulled two beautiful women toward a corner of the banquet area, discussing the history of human development and contributions to the world.
Slowly making his way out of the lively banquet hall, John held a bottle of honey beer that emitted a faint sweet aroma. He leaned against the railing, gazing into the deep and mysterious night sky.
At that moment, he wasn't thinking about any complex issues; he simply stared at the endless darkness dotted with twinkling stars.
Originally, he had been contemplating how to endure this seemingly luxurious yet boring banquet when suddenly, a figure appeared beside him. Turning his head, he saw a noble dressed in splendid attire smiling at him.
