With two Sea Bass hooks baited, I cast them into the water, ready to reel in some big catches! 0

Hey! I’ve got a bite! This Rod is fantastic! Just as I was waiting for a response, Shi Chui over there hooked a fish! Look at that Rod bend; it must be an Azure Sea Bass weighing at least ten pounds. 0

But before Shi Chui could boast, Shi Tian also caught a fish. Although the fish on my Rod wasn’t as big as Shi Chui’s, I was reeling in quickly! While Shi Chui was still fighting his line, I had already brought my fish aboard! 0

Using a Fish Finder to catch Sea Bass may seem a bit lacking in virtue, but the results were undeniable—one fish after another, and I was having the time of my life. 0

Shi Chui spent half an hour playing with his fish, even scaring off the Scallion and Ginger to Remove Fishy Smell; he ended up taking a beautiful girl to feed the dolphins instead. 0

“Old Yun, come take a picture of me!” Shi Chui exclaimed excitedly, holding up his Sea Bass that weighed no more than ten pounds. This catch broke his record; just yesterday he had caught a Skinned Fish, and now he had landed a ten-pounder—definitely bigger than Hai Li’s fish! 0

He hoped to catch another one over a hundred pounds soon, something larger than Shi Tian’s one hundred thirty-pound Tuna, so he wouldn’t have to hear about that fish every day! 0

“You took so long to reel in that fish? Lao Shi, you’re looking a bit weak!” Yun Wan’er teased when she saw that Shi Chui’s catch wasn’t much bigger than Shi Tian’s. 0

While she teased him verbally, her hands were busy guiding Shi Chui into various poses for photos. After taking pictures of him, she snapped a few with the fish herself, planning to post the best ones on social media to make her friends envious! 0

Faced with Yun Wan’er’s teasing, Shi Chui felt helpless. The Rod was soft and the hook small; he couldn’t exert too much force or the fish would slip away! 0

After taking photos, they cast their lines again. This time Yun Wan’er took over the Rod while Shi Chui stood by obediently, unable to seize Shi Tian’s Rod even if he wanted to! 0

The three of them floated on their little boat in the sea. The number of fish didn’t matter; Yun Wan’er truly enjoyed this feeling! 0

When a Stonefish was hooked, even though it only weighed two pounds, Yun Wan’er took over ten pictures of it! 0

Once the photos were done, Yun Wan’er commanded Shi Chui to take over Shi Tian’s Fishing Rod while Shi Tian headed to the kitchen with their catch! 0

Yun Wan’er filmed every step as they prepared steamed Stonefish meticulously. 0

Having Shi Tian cook steamed Stonefish was somewhat challenging for him since this wasn’t Shandong Cuisine and he lacked experience! 0

However, after learning a few tricks from Scallion and Ginger to Remove Fishy Smell earlier, steaming a fish using home-style methods shouldn’t be too difficult! 0

The Stonefish needed to be handled alive; once dead, it wouldn’t bleed out properly and would retain a fishy taste! 0

He pried open the gills and made a swift cut to sever the main artery before tossing it into a bowl to let it bleed out slowly! 0

Once drained of blood, he scraped off the scales while also removing the slimy coating from the Stonefish's surface. This slime contributed significantly to its fishy odor and had to be cleaned thoroughly! 0

A knife sliced through the fish's rear, severing its intestines. Two chopsticks were inserted into its mouth, twisted a few times, and out came the gills and innards! 0

After cleaning it thoroughly, a cut was made along the back and another along the lateral line to ensure it would steam evenly. The fish was dried with paper and placed on a plate, propped up with two chopsticks underneath. On top, some scallions and ginger were arranged, a splash of rice wine was added, followed by a spoonful of peanut oil. It was now ready to be steamed, following the method typical of Cantonese cuisine. 0

Once steamed, more scallions and ginger were placed on top along with some shredded red pepper. A drizzle of hot oil finished it off, and a dish of steamed Stonefish was ready! 0

When the fish was brought to the table, Shi Chui was called in to join in the feast. Meanwhile, Shi Tian had to keep busy in the kitchen; after all, this two-kilogram Shi Ban wouldn’t be enough to satisfy the appetites of three people! 0

By the time Shi Tian finished his tasks and emerged from the kitchen, the two had already devoured the entire steamed Shi Ban! Seeing Shi Tian carrying out more dishes, Shi Chui and Yun Wan'er eagerly took them from his hands and placed them on the table without even glancing at him! 0

“Lao Shi, Old Yun, I suspect I’m just a bonus for topping up your phone! Can’t you leave me a bite?” Shi Tian muttered in exasperation at the two of them before turning back to fetch more dishes. It seemed he couldn’t rely on these two to fill his stomach! 0

“Don’t worry, you’re not just a bonus; we wouldn’t be able to afford our phones without you! You’re like something we picked out of a trash can; raising you hasn’t been easy, so you better show us some filial piety!” they retorted casually as they continued to dig into the food on the table, not even bothering to look up at Shi Tian! 0
