If you have nothing to do, take a Rod and go fish across the street; Old Zhang just caught a big Black Sea Bream!" Sun Lang casually pushed Shi Tian aside and continued his rhythmic pace to move more goods.
The Wheel was not coming back; that guy was thick-skinned. As long as it wasn't in front of Su Xueyi, he could throw that face away anytime! Besides, he seemed quite wealthy; he casually mentioned thirty thousand yesterday without batting an eye!
"Don’t get cocky; sooner or later, Su Xueyi will deal with you!" After threatening him, Shi Tian stormed out and called Su Xueyi to ask for the Electric Car Guy's class schedule. He had to hurry over to Marine College!
Driving his Electric Mini to the entrance of Tropical Ocean Institute, he watched the cars coming and going. He pressed the accelerator, and the barrier dropped.
"What are you doing?" A security guard stood by his car, raising his hand to signal Shi Tian to roll down his window.
"I'm here to see Professor Liu; his lab is waiting for me!" Shi Tian said without missing a beat as he rolled down the window.
Ocean University is open; they probably wouldn’t stop him from entering. However, if his Electric Mini wanted to get in, the security guard might not be too welcoming since parking spaces inside were quite tight!
As for Professor Liu, that was just a name Shi Tian made up on the spot. He didn’t know any professors from Marine College! He couldn’t even name Electric Car Guy!
After sizing up Shi Tianyi, the guard could tell he looked like a student. Nowadays, students even drove cars to school! They were more impressive than those professors who rode Electric Cars to class!
Shaking his head, the guard lifted the barrier. Shi Tian pressed down on the accelerator and zoomed into the school!
The two lakes at school were quite nice; why weren’t there any fishermen? What a waste! After class, he could cast a few lines. He had been trying to convince Electric Car Guy to join him for fishing since this was technically their territory!
Muttering to himself and following Su Xueyi's directions, Shi Tian finally found Electric Car Guy's classroom. Checking the time, he realized there were still a few minutes before class started. There were quite a few students in the classroom! So many people studying fishing?
He found a pretty girl and sat next to her. Looking around, he realized he didn’t have a textbook! If only he had bought a magazine outside earlier; now it felt a bit awkward!
"Classmate, I forgot my textbook. Could you lend me one just to look like I'm prepared?" With Electric Car Guy not yet present, Shi Tian decided he needed some semblance of respect for him.
"You’re not from our class, are you? Are you auditing? This is just a small class!" Turning to glance at Shi Tianyi, Brother Huang Pao thought he looked pretty good; was this the latest way of flirting? It was quite creative!
Seeing the girl’s cheeks turn slightly red, Shi Tian unconsciously touched his nose: "I’m a friend of your professor; I came to listen to his lecture. Not having a book in front of me feels disrespectful!"
"A friend of the professor? That doesn’t sound very credible! You look so young; you must be a student!" She thought it was such a waste of good looks mixed with lies! Better keep him close and not let him escape; she would have the professor deal with him later!
She pushed a book toward Shi Tian while focusing her gaze back on her textbook but occasionally glanced at him.
Just in time, Electric Car Guy walked into the classroom. Unfortunately for Shi Tian, today’s lesson wasn’t about fishing but rather about ichthyology. After half of the class had passed, Shi Tian found himself engrossed in what he was learning and felt his fishing skills improving.
The professor mentioned that fish are particularly sensitive to blue light. However, as far as Shi Tian knew, sunlight penetrates water quickly and blue light gets absorbed fast—could fish really see blue light underwater? Turning to ask the girl beside him, Shi Tian felt puzzled.
"Teacher, my deskmate says you're wrong!"
