Finally, they entered Li Ziyu's home, only to be ushered out to the courtyard by two people in the blink of an eye. The decor of Li Ziyu's house had a touch of girlish charm; it exuded no hint of luxury or antiquated elegance, but was simple and straightforward, much like her attire, which lacked any significant jewelry.
As they settled by the fishing pond in the small courtyard, Li Ziyu busily prepared tea while Yun Wan'er had somehow already brought a guqin over to her. A melody titled "Fishing Boat Singing at Dusk" flowed from Yun Wan'er's fingertips. The fragrance of the tea that Li Ziyu brought over wafted through the air as Shi Tian casually scooped up a net full of red shrimp and tossed them into the pond, which felt quite fitting.
"Do you have time tomorrow afternoon? I can take you out to sea to feed the dolphins! The Chinese White Dolphins! They're so pink and cute, and if they like you, they'll even let you touch them!" After sipping some tea, Shi Tian looked up at Li Ziyu's lovely face and said.
Thinking about the Chinese White Dolphins tonight, Shi Tian suddenly realized it would be nice to take Li Ziyu out to have some fun on the sea. He wouldn't have time in the morning and had to attend Old Zhang's Little Lobster Shop opening at noon. However, he still had time in the afternoon; after two o'clock, he could take Li Ziyu out to sea for a spin, feed some dolphins, and drift along with the sunset while playing "Fishing Boat Singing at Dusk." That would surely be a delightful experience.
"Tomorrow? Sounds great! Does Yun Jie want to come along?" After finishing her piece, Li Ziyu smiled and replied before glancing at Yun Wan'er.
"Yun Jie doesn't have time; tomorrow afternoon Link from Black Cat is launching a new product, so she has to keep an eye on things at the store." Shi Tian quickly interjected before Yun Wan'er could speak.
Upon hearing this, Yun Wan'er stretched out her hands and launched into a fierce rendition of "Ten Sides Ambush," instantly cooling down the entire courtyard by a couple of degrees.
After playing a short segment, Yun Wan'er smirked and said, "There's still plenty at the store tomorrow; I won't be going. Xiao Yu, can you help me feed those two little guys? The two from Gray—I haven't seen them in ages and really miss them. Remember to take pictures for me!"
The young Chinese White Dolphins were from Gray; that was their camouflage. As they grew larger and faced no natural enemies in the sea, Gray slowly turned pink. The pink or white dolphins seen in the ocean were all mature ones.
"Sure! Do we need to prepare anything? They like fish, right? Should I go buy some fish tomorrow morning?" Hearing that Yun Wan'er wouldn't be going, Li Ziyu's tone held no regret—rather, there was a hint of delight that made Yun Wan'er roll her eyes.
"No need; that group of Chinese White Dolphins is quite picky lately. You don't know what kind of fish they like; I'll handle it!" With that statement, Shi Tian sat down at the tea table where his previous cup had already cooled down. He needed to taste it while it was still warm.
Early the next morning, he had someone from the hotel take him to the Yacht Dock to refuel and buy some Large Yellow Croaker to freeze in the Ice Chamber. After preparing everything at the dock near his villa, he hurriedly ordered two flower baskets to celebrate Old Zhang's Little Lobster Shop opening.
Shi Tian thought Old Zhang would invite many friends and family members; however, upon arriving at the shop, he wasn't sure about how many friends were there but noticed quite a few fishing buddies present—even Shui Bi Zhang and Shui Laoban made an appearance.
Shi Tian wasn't surprised that Old Zhang managed to invite those two since they had fished together for a long time; even casting rods was something Shui Laoban had taught him. However, it was somewhat surprising that Old Zhang could get Xu Yuanxiang, Zhao Zong, and Liu Ju to come—those connections seemed a bit wild!
Old Zhang had indeed fished with those three for some time, but their interactions didn't seem extensive. It was quite an effort for Old Zhang to open a Little Lobster Shop; such a small venture shouldn't catch the attention of those three!
Most people in this fishing circle were familiar to Shi Tian; he greeted them and presented Old Zhang with prepared red envelopes while waiting for the feast to begin. He planned to eat quickly before leaving since there were still girls waiting for him at home!
"Xiao Tian, is your rod ready? If it's good to go, I’ll grab it before we start eating!" As soon as Shi Tian walked in, Wang Gou waved him over to sit at his table.
"It's ready; it's just sitting in the store. You can pick it up anytime!" After sitting down and exchanging pleasantries with Wang Gou, Shi Tian took a sip of tea. He had been running around all morning without even having time for water—he was parched!
"Old Zhang really knows how to throw a party! He invited everyone he's fished with!" After finishing his cup of tea, Shi Tian casually asked Wang Gou.
"Even if Old Zhang knows how to throw a party, he couldn't possibly invite such a large group of fishermen over here. For a new shop opening like this one, everyone who comes isn't just here for free food—they'll all have to give something back with red envelopes!"
A red envelope came down, and the chance of getting a belly full of crayfish was not high. Wouldn't it be better to spend that time finding a place to fish?
Hearing this, Wang Gou pushed his invitation card in front of Shi Tian. "Take a look! Once you see the invitation, you'll understand. I asked around, and it was Shui Bi Zhang who suggested this to Old Zhang!"
