Shi Tian revealed his trump card, and Shi Ye's confidence grew. When it came to finding collaborators, they would surely line up eagerly to offer money; whether or not he accepted would depend on his mood.
However, there was no rush for collaboration; first, he needed to deal with Liu Xiaoguang! Old Liu was looking for someone to investigate, and he was doing the same. If there were no one behind this, it would be fine, but if there were, he would have to confront Old Liu.
After being kicked out of the room by Shi Ye, he was just about to head to the deck with Kang Ziyu to watch the sunrise when he was caught by Air Force.
"I'm just going to the restroom!" He saw Shi Tian being caught at the helm, and then Shi Tian watched as Air Force strolled toward the back deck. "Is there a restroom on your back deck?"
"Wan Er Jie, Aunt Lu, you two keep chatting; I need to use the restroom!" Seeing Air Force One come out, Kong Ziyu stood up.
With Air Force out, someone had to be at the helm; it was obvious that person had to be Shi Tian. Since Shi Tian was steering the boat, it meant their discussion had concluded, and she could run down to accompany him!
"Hey beautiful, where are you thinking of going? Just tell me! I'm the captain now; wherever I say goes!" Seeing Kang Ziyu approaching with a cup of coffee, Shi Tian smiled slightly.
"Beijiao! I made plans with Wan Er Jie and Aunt Lu to go diving over there!" Kang Ziyu sweetly smiled as she placed the coffee in front of Shi Tian.
"You can't just dive anywhere over there; we need to protect the marine environment! The dye in your swimsuit contains acidic substances. The last swimsuit you wore had too much fabric; it didn't meet standards!" Taking a sip of coffee, Shi Tian stared at Kang Ziyu with a grin.
"Hmph! This swimsuit was chosen by Wan Er Jie for me; how can you say it doesn't meet standards?" She lightly slapped Shi Tian and wrinkled her nose.
"Who picked it doesn't matter; here we only care about how much fabric there is! Do you have any photos? Let me review them first!" He had wanted to take Kang Ziyu and Beijiao last time, but unfortunately, there were those two 'light bulbs' in September and November, plus Pingtou Ge always watching, which killed his interest!
"Just focus on steering the boat; you'll see when we get there!" The Crown Princess decided to show some mercy this time and graciously allowed Kang Ziyu to swim with her. She leaned closer to Shi Tian's ear and whispered sweetly, making him feel weak all over.
"Alright! Meeting standards! Target Beijiao; I will definitely serve Crown Princess well when the time comes!"
Just as Shi Tian was engrossed in conversation with Kang Ziyu, Air Force and Lu Ya rushed in from outside.
"There’s a school of fish at two o'clock; slow down and steer over!"
With that said, both of them dashed into their respective rooms to grab their gear and headed toward the back deck to prepare.
Seeing them come out with equipment, Shi Chui hurried back to grab his gear too. He didn't forget to knock on Shi Ye's door as a reminder.
He couldn't ignore Shi Ye; if Shi Tian was steering the boat, he lacked experience from Fishing Group.
He had encountered a school of fish last time they went out; however, that time it was Bryde's Whale hunting, and everyone just took pictures before leaving. He had never actually seen how fishing worked in a school of fish.
"What’s going on?" Shi Ye was interrupted while studying the production plan for Carbon Line. He was about to get angry but immediately softened upon seeing Shi Chui's old face.
"There’s a school of fish ahead; everyone is getting ready—aren't you?" Shaking his Rod anxiously, Shi Chui urged him.
Consulting Air Force and Lu Ya ultimately felt less practical than fishing with Shi Ye. Getting Shi Ye onboard would be best.
"Lao Shi, I'm planning a project worth hundreds of billions! You want me to go fishing with you?" Upon hearing Shi Chui mention fishing, Shi Ye felt a headache coming on.
"One hundred billion? Oil! I believe in you!" With that, Shi Chui immediately grabbed the rod and dashed off to secure the best spot. The money-making opportunities would be handed over to Shi Ye from now on. However, it seemed that Shi Ye had been responsible for the previous profits as well! It was great to have a brother who could earn money; he could finally retire in peace!
Watching Shi Chui's retreating figure, Shi Ye shook his head helplessly and returned to the room. He picked up the rod—after all, fishing was more important than making money.
"Do you see the school of fish? Port side or starboard?" Shi Ye asked as he approached Shi Tian, gazing at the flock of birds above the sea.
"Starboard! The current is flowing this way. If we go around to the other side, we'll encounter a group of Sailfish. They’re quite large; we can't let Lao Shi get too close to the stern!" Shi Tian adjusted the course after peering through the telescope.
The stern was a bit low, and with those large Sailfish around, if they happened to hit something tough, it could cause serious trouble if one jumped onto the stern!
Sailfish were extremely dangerous creatures; they swam fast, had powerful jumping abilities, and came equipped with razor-sharp bills.
Sailfish also worked as a team; a dozen of them could surround a school of fish, controlling its movement direction. Only when they were full would that school of fish have a chance to escape.
"Sailfish? How big? A hundred pounds?" Upon hearing the term "Sailfish," Shi Ye completely forgot about that one hundred billion deal.
