“The fish was too big to bring back; I had Jun Ge sell it! But there aren’t many big fish in Nansha; the bites are decent though—mostly Xiao Yu! I thought Li Yunfei came to pick me up; turns out he came for the fish!”
It wouldn’t be wise to mention how good the fishing was in Nansha around Li Yunfei. If Li Yunfei dragged him back there, it would be a real hassle!
Once everyone got into the car, Li Ziyu drove while Shi Tian was pulled into the back seat by Li Yunfei.
As soon as Smart Rod Software was opened, Shi Tian’s phone fell into Li Yunfei’s hands, who began examining their catches from Nansha.
“This fishing situation is great! Most spots are about one or two hundred meters deep; you can catch one every ten minutes just by dropping your line!”
“So many Red-tailed Silversides? I’ve heard they taste pretty good; I haven’t tried them yet! Didn’t you save a couple?” With a smile on his face, Li Yunfei asked leisurely.
“Never tried them? What do you mean? Should I take you fishing for some?” How should he respond? That felt like a trap!
“Dad! The fish we ate last night was Red-tailed Silverside; it was quite delicious! But I still prefer Mouse Grouper!” Hearing Li Yunfei tease Shi Tian, Li Ziyu immediately jumped in to cut him down!
When they were in Nansha, Shi Tian had mentioned Red-tailed Silverside to Li Ziyu. Curious about it, she had Xiao Fei send one from Sanya to Changsha.
“That fish was Red-tailed Silverside? It was indeed tasty! Just not fresh enough; freshly caught ones should taste even better!” With an awkward smile, Li Yunfei felt a bit cold—his Xiao Mian Ao was full of holes!
Uncle Li, Jun Ge's ship is currently in Myanmar. Once it returns, I'll take you to Xisha, where there are also Red-tailed Silversides and even Dajinqiang! If I don't promise Li Yunfei something, I might not be able to get back home tonight!
Going to Xisha? Is there Dogtooth Tuna there as well? I glanced at Shi Tian approvingly; this son-in-law is quite sensible, much more reliable than that Xiao Mian Ao!
