Returning to Myanmar, Shi Ye felt relieved that Air Force and Lu Ya could take on more responsibilities. Although Lu Ya's ability to manage the overall situation was slightly lacking, Shi Ye could provide him with direction and specific tasks, ensuring he would accomplish them beautifully. Air Force, on the other hand, was more playful; as soon as Shi Ye left, he could still handle major matters. However, once Shi Ye returned, he immediately went on strike. Whatever Shi Ye asked him to do, he would do it without concern for anything else—it was just too exhausting!
Once everything was settled, Air Force was in a good mood as he headed to the airport to pick up Shi Ye. He could finally relax again. A small item, the Ceramic Bearing, had already been taken care of, adding another asset under their names.

Myanmar was not an ideal choice due to its instability and the risk of getting entangled in conflicts. Laos was small enough that no one would likely target it, but it lacked access to Haikou. Cambodia had a better geographical position but was too chaotic internally and had limited access to Haikou as well. Vietnam also posed risks; if it were to fall into chaos, the dangers would be considerable.
Thailand seemed like the best option: relatively stable politically and with decent international relations. Aside from the South region, others were unlikely to interfere. What should they produce? Sugar? Salt? Daily chemicals or textiles? Setting up in Thailand was not surprising; the three of them had been discussing it for quite some time and were now just waiting for final approval.
They would stick to their original plan—reserving ten thousand square meters for a workshop for Xiao Tian to establish a fishing gear factory. That kid was a worry! He never took care of anything and only thought about his next meal!

The strategy involved splitting processes: semi-finished products produced domestically while finished goods were assembled and sold abroad. By leveraging domestic influence and production capabilities to control foreign markets, they aimed for stability—this was their adopted layout strategy.
"Understood," he said. "I’ll meet with Cha Tai later to arrange this matter. What about the South? Should we go with Indonesia or Brunei? Since we're not heading to Africa now, let's shift our focus back to Asia."
"For the South, let's choose Brunei," he decided. "We can fish at Nansha while we’re at it; it's convenient." The same applied there—reserve another ten thousand square meters for Xiao Tian’s workshop. Without hesitation, Shi Ye spoke up.
Small countries are easier to negotiate with; Brunei is just over a thousand square kilometers with a population of only around forty thousand. They could invest tens or even hundreds of millions there while having locals take charge of building factories—this would be seen as pride for their nation from their perspective.
