"Ke Ge, you have a Yacht License, right?" Shi Tian asked as they exited the villa area.
"Yes, I do," Ke Ge replied, a bit embarrassed. He had only just received the license a day ago.
Fortunately, his driving skills were solid. At least he could handle a speedboat well, and Shi Tian's yacht was only slightly larger, so it shouldn't be too different to operate.
"Just make sure to drive slowly. I have some urgent matters to attend to in Sanya and won't be able to join the old man and the others for their outing tomorrow. Ensure their safety!" After giving this instruction, Shi Tian asked Ke Ge to park the car in front of the store.
He had initially considered handing the yacht keys over to Ke Ge to take back with him. However, upon seeing Sun Lang at the entrance, Shi Tian changed his mind. If he let Ke Ge take the keys back, they would inevitably end up in the hands of a few old men, and then his yacht would likely become just another moving Yuehu.
Calling Sun Lang over, he handed him the keys. Sun Lang didn't have a license but was an excellent driver. In Shi Tian's eyes, Sun Lang was far more reliable than Ke Ge; at least he was one of his own and wouldn't be swayed by the old men's orders.
After briefing Sun Lang, Shi Tian spent ten Wan Ji to create a Dian Xiao Er. It would be inconvenient to go to Suzhou without one; he couldn't possibly have everything shipped over from there!
"Did Xiao Tian and Xiao Yu go to the airport?" Upon returning to the small courtyard, Ke Ge was immediately cornered by several old men for questioning.
"I dropped them off at the airport. They took the Zero Point flight to Shanghai. I returned after seeing them through security," he explained.
"What about the yacht keys? Didn't Xiao Tian have you bring them back?" Upon hearing that Shi Tian and Kang Ziyu had gone to the airport, the old men immediately gave Shi Chui a thumbs up.
"Xiao Tian gave the keys to Sun Lang; he should be on board tomorrow as well." Ke Ge's tone was somewhat sour; it was because of that kid Sun Lang that his task had fallen short. Most importantly, he hadn't brought back the yacht keys.
Hearing that the keys were now with Sun Lang made several old men furrow their brows; they hadn't anticipated this step! But it was fine; it wouldn't affect their plans!
"According to plan, I'll go find Sun Lang now. We’ll set off tonight after we catch some Zao Kou at Oil Well!"
"Going to Zhoushan for Large Yellow Croaker? What's the point? There aren't any big fish over there; Nan You is much more fun!"
Yi Laotou called Scallion and Ginger to Remove Fishy Smell to prepare ice for bait. Old Liu summoned a small oil boat to fill up Mini Light Boat's fuel tank.
Shi Chui's job was simple: drive over to Yi Laotou's small courtyard to pick up some cigarettes and alcohol and deliver them to the boat. They would be out for many days this time; now they just needed Old Kong and Old Wen to sort out Sun Lang before they could set sail overnight.
Running into the store, Sun Lang was busy checking the equipment for their outing.
"Are you done checking? Prepare more; we’ll be out at sea for at least ten days!" He handed over a cigarette as Old Kong spoke up, startling Sun Lang.
"Old man, you’re still awake this late? Here to check on supplies?" Seeing it was Old Kong and Old Wen made Sun Lang immediately stand up.
"Grab twenty Bait Cages and let's get some bait. Is your gear all checked? Once it is, we can head out!"
"Another big catch just came in—a hundred and ten pounds of Dajinqiang. Let's hurry over to Zao Kou."
When Old Kong mentioned going, Sun Lang frowned. This didn't seem to match what Shi Tian had said! Shi Tian had mentioned going to Zhoushan!
"Old man, didn't Xiao Tian say we were going to Zhoushan?" he asked, scratching his head. Sun Lang hoped Old Kong would come up with a reasonable excuse; he wanted to fish for Tuna too.
"Right, we are going to Zhoushan. We'll swing by there after we finish fishing for tomorrow's evening catch!"
"One's in the east, and the other's in the west. How is that 'swinging by'?"
