"Yes, I will!" The boy nodded vigorously, his face still smeared with snot.
"Great job," Chen Xuan said with a faint smile. He nodded at the girl and turned to leave.
As soon as Chen Xuan started to walk away, tourists around them quickly gathered, raising their phones to take pictures of him.
"Handsome! You were so cool just now!" one exclaimed.
"Can I add you on WeChat?" another asked eagerly.
"Bro, that was amazing! You're a real man!" someone shouted.
"How did you do that?" they bombarded him with questions, surrounding him so tightly that it felt suffocating.
Chen Xuan couldn't help but feel amused. He hadn't expected these people to be so excited after seeing him chase away the wild boar when they had been standing far back just moments before.
Not interested in answering their questions, he thought about his farm instead.
"Excuse me, could you please make way?" he said politely while forcing his way through the crowd.
A few female tourists were still persistent and followed him all the way to the entrance of the farm, insisting on adding him on WeChat.
Seeing the intense gaze of the female tourists, Chen Xuan felt an inexplicable surge of fear. Without a second thought, he pressed the accelerator to the maximum and sped away.
The female tourists were left behind, frustrated and annoyed.
"Are you alright? I'm the owner of this farm, Chen Dafeng." The long-hidden Chen Dafeng appeared, feigning a concerned expression as he looked at Xiao Hua.
