"You made six billion in six months, while he only made one billion," Jiang Chen said.
"Really? He should be earning about the same as me. Mr. Jiang, you can't seriously believe he only made one billion, right? He must be cooking the books," Guo Weiqing replied, a hint of surprise in his voice.
Jiang Chen smiled playfully.

"Miss Guo, I prefer to work with sensible people. I'll have someone contact you later for the handover," Jiang Chen said with a slight smile.
"Okay," Guo Weiqing nodded eagerly.
"Well, that settles today's matter. You all can continue your meeting; I won't disturb you any longer," Jiang Chen said with a smile before turning and leaving gracefully.
No one dared to stop Jiang Chen. It wasn't until he had walked far away that the atmosphere in the office began to ease slightly.
Guo Wei Yi's mother couldn't hold back her grief and cried out loud. In just a few minutes, she had lost both her son and husband; the pain felt like knives piercing her heart.
"I need to call the police! I need to call the police!" Guo Wei Yi's mother suddenly exclaimed in a frenzy.
"Don't call the police just yet," Old Master Guo said in a deep voice. "Let's discuss this later; first, we need to check on Wei Yi."
Old Master Guo's words carried weight, especially considering Jiang Chen's methods were so bizarre that they even regarded him as a ghost. Naturally, they didn't dare provoke him recklessly.

The Liu family was shocked upon hearing this news.
Although the Guo Family publicly claimed it was an accident, the Liu Family had their doubts. Jiang Chen had gone to collect debts from the Guo Family, and now Guo Wei Yi was dead—this connection was hard to ignore.
However, there were inconsistencies; the Guo Family's Pharmaceutical Company business was managed by Guo Weiqing. If something were to go wrong, it should have been her who faced trouble.
"Mom, I'm going to find Guo Weiqing and ask her what's going on," Liu Toukang said anxiously. After all, he had deceived Jiang Chen with false accounts, and now someone from the Guo Family was dead—he felt uncertain about his situation.
"I'll go with you," Han Baiying said, her expression grave.
Liu Toukang nodded, and mother and son headed to the Guo Family to find Guo Weiqing. However, when they arrived, Guo Weiqing treated them with indifference.
"Miss Guo, Mr. Jiang visited you today, right?" Liu Toukang pressed on.
"So what if he did? And what if he didn't?" Guo Weiqing replied coldly. The Liu and Guo Families already had their grievances, and from her perspective, Liu Toukang had foolishly tried to deceive Jiang Chen. Although Jiang Chen hadn't exposed him yet, it was clear he was courting disaster. Guo Weiqing was certain that Liu Toukang wouldn't end well; she had nothing more to say to someone who was doomed.
"How much did you share with Mr. Jiang?" Liu Jiyue pressed further.
"That's a trade secret, President Liu; it's not something you should be prying into. And don't follow me around; I won't say anything. Of course, as fellow residents of Hong Kong Island, let me give you some advice: if you want to keep something secret, don't do anything that would expose it. President Liu, don't entangle yourself unnecessarily," Guo Weiqing sneered coldly.
Liu Toukang and Han Baiying stood frozen in place. Liu Toukang's worry deepened, but Han Baiying, with a pale face, shouted, "Miss Guo, your Guo Family is considered a prominent family on Hong Kong Island. Why are you so timid?
