The village chief was leading a group forward when Xu Li stopped, holding a walkie-talkie and scanning the surroundings. "We’ve spotted a big guy over here, taller than our farm truck." 0

"Where is it?" 0

"Uh, hard to say." 0

Zhukov scratched his head, exchanging silent glances with a few companions. Victor took the walkie-talkie from him. "Makarov, we’re on the east side of the woods. Remember that piece of land where we chased your family’s Dahua?" 0

Xu Li’s mind was still sharp, and he quickly figured out their approximate location. Valery’s youngest son, Lafu, tugged at Xu Li's sleeve. "Uncle, we have GPS on our phones. Why do we need to ask?" 0

Smack! 0

"Ouch!" 0

Xu Li nearly knocked the boy off balance with a slap. "If you knew, why didn’t you say so? Lead the way!" 0

"Oh..." 0

Lafu rubbed the back of his head, feeling wronged as Xu Li kicked him again. "Hurry up! Do you want to drive my Tiger Armored Vehicle or not?" 0

"Of course!" 0

Upon hearing he could drive the village chief's prized vehicle, the boy instantly perked up. Using the GPS on their phones along with Zhukov's location, he led the adults eastward. Meanwhile, Zhukov lay in the snow, turning to Victor. "Uncle, should we take down this big guy first?" 0

"Let’s wait for Makarov to arrive." 0

Victor stared at a moose in the distance, digging through the snow for moss and dried grass. He felt a mix of excitement and nervousness; this creature was enormous, likely weighing around eight or nine hundred pounds, and appeared more intimidating than Xiong Da and Xiong Er. 0

"Uncle, look over there!" 0

A young man tugged at Victor's sleeve, pointing to several moving black dots in the distance. The group fell silent as they crouched in the snow to watch. Zhukov pulled out his Huawei phone and opened the camera function, zooming in excitedly before pumping his fist. "There’s a white moose! Pure white!" 0

Victor and another young man leaned closer to see the screen showing a calf-like moose. Victor grinned widely. "Makarov will definitely love this little guy." 0

After that, he took out his phone and sent a text to Xu Li. Meanwhile, Xu Li quickly contacted several other teams, instructing them to take a longer route to surround Victor's area. No matter where the moose tried to escape, they were to fire shots to scare it back—ensuring all these moose stayed put. 0

As time ticked away, nearly forty people surrounded potential escape routes for the moose. Xu Li moved next to Victor to discuss their plan before pulling out his walkie-talkie. "Andreev, Gennady, Kozlov—take your tranquilizer guns and move in." 0

"I’ll go check things out first. If those moose start running away, just leave plenty of little brats behind—especially that white calf moose." 0

"Are you crazy?" Victor stood up and grabbed Xu Li, who was about to step forward. "Those big guys are wild. If they hurt you, Anna and Eva will blame us." 0

"It's fine," Xu Li said, patting the shotgun slung over his back. "I've got my gear loaded with buckshot. One shot, one down—I'm not worried." 0
