Ye Feihong planted two Pea Seeds and one Carnivorous Flower Seed. The two Pea Seeds were long-range attacking plants, so he planted them on the north and south sides to enable a comprehensive attack. The Carnivorous Flower Seed was planted at the entrance, as it was a Dark Matter, the easiest point to breach.
These seeds, despite their rapid growth, were still far inferior to the Sunflower Seeds provided by the system. They would take over ten minutes to mature. Ye Feihong quietly waited for the seeds to grow. In the early stages of being a Farmer, it was a lonely and solitary existence. He ruled over a Dark Matter area, accompanied only by a few pitiful plants.
In the distant control hall of Kyoto, the Grand Elder sat in front of a massive display screen. Beside him stood a Five-Star General from the Imperial Guard. They watched as green dots lit up continuously on the screen.
With excitement, the General said, "Five hundred Farmers have already planted their seeds." According to the terrain map, these individuals were quite fortunate; each of them had chosen very concealed locations.
On another screen, a Sky Satellite was positioning the environment surrounding each Farmer. The view suddenly shifted to Heaven Gate, which was precisely where Ye Feihong was located in the High-Rise Ruins.
The Five-Star General exclaimed in surprise, "How could he choose Heaven Gate directly? That’s simply wasting his life and squandering countless resources accumulated by Dragon Kingdom." The other four hundred ninety-nine individuals had all opted for mountainous areas near Heaven Gate.
Here, it is easier to hide, and in the early stages, there isn't as much Dark Matter.
What no one expected was that someone chose Heaven Gate. What is Heaven Gate? After emerging from the portal, Dark Matter would advance along the valley for hundreds of kilometers. They reached the first open area, which is Heaven Gate. This is the most critical location for Dark Matter.
The Dragon Kingdom desperately wants to seize Heaven Gate. If they can secure this place, they can directly cut off most of the Dark Matter from entering the Dragon Kingdom through the western passage. Such a mission should not be entrusted to a single Farmer. Instead, it was planned to allow other Farm Owners to settle in the mountainous area behind Heaven Gate, where the Dark Matter had already dispersed, reducing pressure and difficulty.
Once they gradually established a foothold, more Farm Owners would be deployed to slowly encircle Heaven Gate, ultimately cutting off the invasion route of Dark Matter. They were not allowed to directly enter Heaven Gate; that would be tantamount to sending them to their deaths.
Not to mention the thousands of Air Forces and billions of tons of ammunition required just to bring them near Heaven Gate. Even three Seed Level entities posed significant challenges. A powerful Farmer could easily cultivate their own plants within their Farm Owner territory. However, extracting these seeds for others to use requires consuming a large amount of Spirit Points.
This Seed Level requires at least a Farmer to hunt down thousands of Dark Matter to gather enough Spiritual Energy for seed exchange. If it weren't for the seed limitations, the Dragon Kingdom could plant powerful plants wherever danger lurked. This is also why the Five-Star General was so furious upon seeing Ye Feihong.
The elder with a head full of white hair spoke calmly, "This may very well be bad news. Let's let the bullets fly for a while and see what happens."
Once again, the meeting room fell into silence.
