Ye Feihong had obtained over eighty Vine Seeds, more than a hundred Pumpkin Seeds, and over a hundred Grape Seeds. He spent two hours planting these seeds along the edges of his farm. The area of the farm continued to expand.
Today, he harvested several hundred seeds from just one plot. The scope of Ye Feihong's farm had now grown to a circular area with a diameter of nearly one hundred meters. This second day could be described as a bountiful harvest. It seemed that the diameter had only increased by half compared to yesterday's three hundred meters, but a simple math problem revealed the truth.
When the diameter doubles, the area increases fourfold. This meant that today, Ye Feihong had quadrupled the area of his farm compared to yesterday. He now had an impressive ten thousand square meters of land.
If it weren't for the vine plants that helped him move quickly around the farm, it would take him an entire day just to walk through the whole area. To walk around the outer perimeter of the farm would require ten thousand meters—equivalent to ten kilometers.

As evening approached, the Sunflower produced another batch of Sunlight Energy. Ye Feihong decided not to increase the production time for Peashooter seeds any longer. What he truly needed was Firepower Coverage.
Glancing at the remaining sunlight for the day, Ye Feihong hesitated for a moment before upgrading eight of his Peashooters to Peashooter Turrets. He spent some Sunlight Energy to upgrade two more Peashooters as well. After that, he still had some Sunlight Energy left, which he chose not to use immediately but saved for backup.
The Peashooter Turret looked quite similar to the Peashooter, except for its distinct pea-shooting mouth.
The Peashooter has a long, barrel-like mouth. The Peashooter Turret boasts a mouth that resembles a gun barrel as well. Its attack speed is several times that of a regular Peashooter, and its offensive capabilities far exceed those of the ordinary variant.
It's important to note that good attack positions are few and far between. Ideal locations are those that offer good concealment, strong defense, wide visibility, and extensive attack range. However, there are only a handful of such spots available.
Although the attack speed is only slightly increased, when considering these advantageous locations, a single Peashooter Turret can be more effective than ten regular Peashooters.
The most significant change is seen in the Peashooter Turret itself. It is several times larger than a standard Peashooter, with a long, thick green barrel that makes it appear quite formidable. Its attack range is extensive, and it deals considerable damage while also being capable of area attacks.
However, the downside is that it cannot move quickly. Its heavy size requires several vines to assist in moving it. Additionally, its attack speed has slowed down; it takes a few seconds to produce a massive pea from the Pea Cannon, unlike the rapid-fire capability of the regular Peashooter.
