The battle lasted less than a minute before it concluded, with Ye Feihong sacrificing eight vines in exchange for the elimination of hundreds from the Dark Wolf Pack. She gained two thousand three hundred Dian Ling Neng, enough to rapidly mature over two hundred seeds using Spiritual Energy.
It could be said that she had made a significant profit. Such small-scale Dark Matter invasions were a boon for every Farmer.
The losses were minimal, but the gains were substantial. In this situation, whatever came was welcome. Spiritual Energy was the most needed resource for Ye Feihong at that moment, even more so than Sunlight Energy.
Both Spiritual Energy and Sunlight Energy could shorten the time it took for seeds to mature. The difference was that Spiritual Energy could immediately accelerate the ripening of seeds, while Sunlight Energy would permanently reduce the time for a single Plant Production seed.
From a long-term perspective, Sunlight Energy was undoubtedly superior, as it could enhance the abilities of these plants indefinitely. With just over a day left before facing the first wave of the Dark Tide, the immediate effects of Spiritual Energy were more appealing.
Ye Feihong utilized this Spiritual Energy to produce Peashooters and Cabbages—two types of ranged attack plants. With the help of Sunlight Energy, Ye Feihong upgraded the Peashooter to Pea Gatling. However, despite these upgrades, the seeds produced remained Peashooter seeds; they did not evolve into Pea Gatling seeds simply because of the enhancement from Sunlight Energy. This realization left Ye Feihong feeling somewhat disappointed.
In one breath, Ye Feihong produced a Peashooter. Soon after, Dian Ling Neng produced a Cabbage. Surprisingly, Cabbages were even more advanced than Peashooters and required Dian Ling Neng to produce a single seed.
Ye Feihong currently possesses a total of twenty peas, ten of which have been upgraded by Sunlight Energy, along with one Cabbage. There are two Carnivorous Plants and one Vine. Additionally, there is one Pumpkin Monster and one Grape Vine, as well as one Sunflower. It can be said that he has become a very powerful Junior Farmer.
Ye Feihong planted these Dark Plant Seeds. By this time, evening had arrived, and he harvested some sunlight once again. Ye Feihong's Sunlight Reserve reached a certain amount. He planned to use this sunlight shortly after.

However, it required a significant amount of Sunlight Energy and had the slowest firing rate, needing several minutes to prepare for each attack.
