Several Golden Dark Temple Knights were quickly rescuing their companions.

Ye Feihong tossed an Energy Stone to the Moon Priestess. The upgraded Moon Priestess already possessed the Moon God Arrow and Strong Strike Aura. She began using the Moon God Arrow to eliminate several Golden Dark Cathedral creatures that had escaped their vine entrapments.
Meanwhile, Ye Feihong drew his Tang Dao from his waist and jumped down from the highest Bunker to confront a Golden Dark Temple Knight who was preparing to attack him alone.
Ye Feihong's actions were not driven by arrogance or a desire for solitary adventure. Instead, they stemmed from what had just transpired. The Golden Dark Temple Knights had surprisingly demonstrated the ability to communicate in Xiang Liu, which was unprecedented.
In human studies, dark creatures were considered to possess very low intelligence. Humans conducted a simple intelligence test known as the mirror experiment. Dogs can recognize themselves in mirrors, while most cats cannot; their memory typically does not extend beyond two weeks. A dog that gets lost can often find its way back home after one or two months based on memory, whereas a cat will struggle to find its way back after just two weeks.
Humans have captured numerous dark creatures for intelligence research and found that most of them possess intelligence even lower than that of snakes.
The dark creatures spat out by Xiao Bu possessed intelligence inferior to that of a crocodile. In other words, their intellect was at most that of a cold-blooded animal. The dark beings were far from reaching the intelligence of warm-blooded creatures. Yet, the few Golden Dark Temple Knights before him were capable of using language, albeit one that Ye Feihong could not understand, as it belonged to another world.
If only he could relay this to the scholars behind him, perhaps they could decipher their language and reveal what kind of world lay beyond the portal in the mysterious Dark World. Understanding the enemy was essential for the chance to eliminate them.
These Golden Dark Temple Knights clearly exhibited a high level of intelligence; they were at least no less clever than cats and might even surpass dogs in cunning. This was precisely why Ye Feihong felt compelled to take risks. The abundance of surrounding plants could easily kill him, suggesting that they intended to capture him rather than kill him outright. At the very least, he needed to destroy the weapons of this Golden Dark Cathedral.
It was no simple task to control them without killing them. Once these dark creatures were slain, they left no corpses behind; they transformed into Spirit Points, just as they had arrived as energy points. Of course, Ye Feihong was not one to recklessly throw himself into danger. As he stood before the Golden Dark Temple Knights, a multitude of Running Man-Eating Flowers and thick vines appeared around him.
Thousands of Pea Gatlings nearby had already locked onto him. If Ye Feihong couldn't quickly eliminate him, he would be killed without hesitation. Within the canyon, there were nearly a million enemies. Time was not on Ye Feihong's side.
The Tang Dao in Ye Feihong's hand was specially crafted for the Imperial Guard. Made from the hardest metals and tungsten carbide, it could easily cut through diamonds. A layer of brilliance enveloped the Tang Dao, a result of Ye Feihong absorbing a significant amount of Energy Stone.
