Ye Feihong arrived at the bar.
He looked at a group of Dwarves who were competing in a drinking contest with a Night Elf. Upon seeing Ye Feihong, they collectively raised their glasses, offering blessings to the great Furnace King, wishing him health and prosperity, and to the great Moon Goddess, wishing her health and prosperity as well. The bar erupted with lively cheers.
Ye Feihong had already issued an order prohibiting the act of kneeling in reverence. While such customs were still popular in places like Luo and the European Union, they had long been abolished in the Dragon Kingdom. Initially, the Dwarves and Night Elves found it hard to adjust, but after several days, they gradually became accustomed to this behavior and began to greet Ye Feihong with respectful words.
Ye Feihong made a downward gesture with his hands, and the entire tavern fell silent. He announced, "I need to gather metal veins from over ten kilometers away. Everyone should do their best to collect metal, and tonight, I will reward you all with fine wine from the Cellar."
Upon hearing Ye Feihong's words, all the Dwarves and Night Elves in the tavern erupted into cheers. The fine wine stored in the Cellar had been saved for years; it was a rare delicacy that they seldom got to enjoy, especially as they needed it to enhance their plants.
Everyone was extremely happy at Ye Feihong's announcement. Thousands of Bamboo Dragonflies took off with all the Dwarves and Night Elves, accompanied by a multitude of vines and man-eating flowers.
They flew together to the marked location of the Imperial Guard. At the same time, a dozen War Trees began to walk towards it. Their massive size meant that the small Bamboo Dragonflies could not carry them into the air. The movement speed of the World Trees was not slow at all. Although it seemed like they moved much slower than an average person, each step they took was a full meter. Not even the fastest human sprinter could compete with them. Even the champion cheetah could not match the speed of a War Tree.
Soon, everyone had arrived at the Metal Vein. In the western region of the Dragon Kingdom, the Metal Vein resources were extremely abundant, with many being open-air deposits that were very suitable for mining. However, Ye Feihong did not have enough metal tools at this moment. Fortunately, the War Trees were enormous. Their thick roots pierced into the ground, creating deep pits several dozen meters deep.
The man-eating flowers began to open their large mouths, collecting the soil and stones. Vines easily handled some of the lighter dirt. The progress of the excavation was not at all slower than that of modern mechanical equipment. Digging was not difficult; the challenge lay in sorting through the ores. Human factories typically used sedimentation methods for this purpose. The principle was quite simple: they would crush the selected ores into fine powder and then wash them with water. This way, substances like soil that dissolved in water would be carried away by the flow, leaving behind only the metallic materials.
Metals are generally insoluble in water. They are placed into a large tank and stirred uniformly to allow the metals to suspend in the water. Eventually, they settle naturally. Precious metals like gold and silver will fall to the bottom, while iron and copper will settle in the middle. Lighter metals, such as aluminum, will remain at the top. This is the process of ore selection.
Different metals require various refining processes and equipment based on their distinct chemical reactions. However, Ye Feihong does not need to go through such complexities. The Furnace Destiny Tree can automatically purify all metals. It can even combine different metals to create various advanced alloys. It functions like a universal metal processing factory, capable of producing any type of alloy.
Ye Feihong only needs to bring these metal-rich ores to his Farm Owner and place them into the Furnace Destiny Tree.
