The Moon God Arrow suddenly ignited a drive to move forward within Zi Wu. However, it was unlike ordinary weapons. The immense energy contained within the Moon God Arrow resulted in a violent explosion, killing numerous Dark Flying Dragons.
In the distance, the Imperial Guard Monitoring Room observed Zi Wu with astonishment. They had indeed failed to detect the Brain Worm, which was a significant intelligence oversight. The Brain Worm was enormous, comparable in size to a Mammoth, measuring several dozen meters in length. With such a large target, how could they have missed it?
Several Reconnaissance Satellites captured images from multiple angles, while the Supercomputer rapidly calculated each dark creature's unit. Ultimately, it locked onto several peculiar worms. Their appearance was completely different from that of ordinary Brain Worms; their bodies had almost entirely degenerated, losing even their ability to move. Only an enormous head remained, measuring nearly a meter in length and width.
Among these dark creatures, they were relatively small and delicate, only slightly larger than Dark Fanatics and even smaller than Dark Hunters. These strange Brain Worms were perched on the back of the Dark Nest Lord.
The Dark Nest Lord stretched over a thousand meters in length. Initially, the reconnaissance team thought the spots on its back were merely small bumps or blemishes. After all, the Dark Brainworms were tiny creatures. However, it turned out that these Brain Worms seemed to be even more formidable than their larger counterparts.
Just by observing the size of the Zi Wu, one could understand the difference. Previously, the Zi Wu of the Brain Worms measured only two to three hundred meters in diameter. In contrast, the Brain Worms on the back of the Dark Nest Lord boasted a staggering diameter of nearly one meter.
“One Star General, send this information to Ye Feihong,” one officer urged as they gazed at the suddenly revealed Zi Wu.
Ye Feihong was equally perplexed. He had meticulously reviewed the data provided by the Imperial Guard, which clearly indicated there were no Brain Worms present. So how had this Zi Wu appeared? Could it be that the Dark Nest Lords possessed some kind of Brain Worm abilities?
At that moment, he received photos transmitted by the Imperial Guard. To his astonishment, there were indeed numerous types of Brain Worms on the backs of these Dark Nest Lords. No wonder they chose to hide at the rear of their formation. The Dark Brainworm, as a commander among dark creatures, typically opted for the safest positions.
It seemed that these Dark Nest Lords also had impressive Defense Power; otherwise, these cunning Dark Brainworms would not have chosen to conceal themselves on their backs. The Dark Brainworm could be described as the most cowardly dark creature Ye Feihong had ever encountered.
It appeared that for the time being, eliminating these distant dark creatures from the Air Force Unit would be impossible.
"Then let's open fire on the ground troops," Ye Feihong commanded, spotting a large number of Dark Hunters that had entered the firing range.
He ordered the Cherry Rocket Launchers and other long-range plants to launch an immediate attack. Even if the Brain Worms released more Zi Wu, he wasn't worried. Their supply of Zi Wu was dwindling with each release.
On the back of the Dark Nest Lord, Ye Feihong couldn't believe that these Brain Worms could still devour a Nest Lord that was thousands of times larger than themselves to replenish their mana.
However, to Ye Feihong's surprise, several clusters of Zi Wu appeared above the canyon. These Dark Brainworms seemed unfazed by the consumption of Zi Wu.
