Ye Feihong's city transformed once again into a fleet of flying ships, boldly advancing toward the next destination. Before her lay a city that, in a remarkably short time, had become a series of airborne Death Stars.
For the mages and Amazon Warriors, this was the manifestation of divine power. They understood Ye Feihong's objective: to eliminate each of the Demon Kings one by one. This time, the target was the weakest among the Nine Demon Kings, the King of Lies. His combat abilities were the least formidable; his past strength stemmed from his talent for manipulation and deceit.
However, with the arrival of the apocalypse, humanity had dwindled to a mere fraction of its former self. Relying on lies to gain an advantage among the Demon Kings was now exceedingly difficult. Consequently, the King of Lies ruled over the smallest and most remote Dark Territory, located within an oasis in a vast desert.
Before the end times, this oasis had been a thriving small nation, flourishing through trade caravans that crossed the desert, providing rest and commerce for merchants. This prosperous Oasis Nation was under the dominion of the King of Lies, who once utilized these caravans to spread various deceptions to other countries.
After the apocalypse, this desert became one of the most barren places for resources. With so few humans around, lies became scarce. The power of the King of Lies had diminished significantly.
Ye Feihong's Metal Plant Battleship arrived in this desert, only to find that the oasis had turned into a wasteland. The King of Lies had already escaped. Clearly, this cunning Demon King had arranged spies around all the other Demon Kings.
After the death of the King of Suffering, he decisively abandoned his Nest. For the King of Lies, aligning himself with other Demon Kings to survive was a decision made without any psychological burden. He was not like the King of Suffering, who would recklessly fight against enemies he could not defeat.
Although the King of Lies was the weakest of the Demon Kings, his intelligence was unparalleled. The other Demon Kings could not compete in this regard. Only a Demon King would place their pieces among the ranks of other Demon Kings. When the Butcher was killed, he realized Ye Feihong's existence.
After the King of Suffering was killed, the King of Lies immediately chose to abandon the Angel's Nest he had painstakingly built. However, if it were the King of Destruction and the Destruction King leading the other six Seven Deadly Sins to surround him, even Ye Feihong would be left with no choice but to flee for his life. Although the chances of all the Demon Kings attacking him together were slim, it was still a concern he could not ignore.
One cannot place all hope for victory in battle on the assumption that the enemy will not unite.
