In the cafeteria, only one Magic Mirror teacher remained, along with all the First-Year Students. The First-Year Students were gathered inside, feeling both anxious and excited as they watched the enlarged Magic Mirror. The Magic Mirror was broadcasting the ambush by the Upperclassmen, igniting a fervor among the First-Year Students, who wished they could join the battlefield and launch their own ambush.

As time passed, what should have been a dawn breaking turned back into gloom, as if some force had forcibly extended the night. Drizzles began to fall from above, quickly intensifying into a downpour that blurred the distant view.

He had a clear understanding of the Evil Mage's situation, and combined with the unlocking of the black mist, there was an inexplicable sense of humor about it.

Suppressing his laughter, he turned to pat Beck on the shoulder. "Are you scared?"
Beck's face was filled with excitement; holding the Xun Pan in both hands, his eyes seemed ready to burst into flames. "Not scared at all! After studying magic for so long, I'm just excited!"
Sure enough, Beck received another slap on the back of his head from Inquilinar.
Inquilinar rubbed his ears in pain; he found this apprentice's loud voice quite troublesome. He continued to educate him with words like "If you're scared, just stick close to your teacher," which only made Beck more annoyed.
Xu Lie did not disturb this master-apprentice duo; instead, he raised an eyebrow and turned westward. "They're coming."
The camera shifted accordingly.
Under the cover of darkness and rain, from the west side of Truth School, countless serpentine figures began to emerge! Red ones, purple ones, blue ones—large and small—surged forth like a tide.
If it weren't for the dim lighting, the Outsider Audience would surely be able to see the psychological shadows looming over them. Snakes, by their very nature, are unsettling creatures, and when gathered in numbers, they can evoke a kind of psychological response akin to a fear of clusters.
The audience was expressing their discomfort through Danmaku, but Inquilinar and Beck showed no signs of fear. The master and apprentice charged forward together, each extending their hands to summon flames that surged like a tidal wave toward the Serpent Tide.
The Idealism Magic flames treated the rain as if it were nonexistent, completely unaffected by the downpour. They crashed into the Serpent Tide with a resounding explosion, filling the air with the mouthwatering scent of roasting meat. At the same time, the magical flames ignited the vegetation on the ground, creating two massive walls of fire that stood before and behind them.
This completely blocked the path for the venomous snakes. They were mere creatures driven by magic and lacked the physical strength to break through the magical flames. The Fire Magic left She Lao, who was hiding in the western rear, with a grim expression: "Old Man's fortune! Damn it! The flames are burning everything, rendering the snake venom ineffective!"
