A year after the establishment of the girls' academy, its results were remarkable.

Lin Xiu Wen pointed to the essay. "How did you come up with the idea for these improved farming tools?"
Li Mingzhu's eyes brightened. "Your Majesty, I often observe farmers at work and noticed that some tools are inconvenient to use, so I thought about how they could be improved..."
The more Lin Xiu Wen listened, the more pleased he became. "Excellent! I appoint you as an Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Works, specifically responsible for improving farming tools."
At this declaration, there was an uproar in the court. Some conservative ministers jointly submitted a petition opposing women holding official positions.
