"Lin Bingbing, are you trying to provoke me? How dare someone without any background compare themselves to me? Do you look down on me or our Shi family?" Shi Xindi said coldly.
"Shi Family Second Young Master, please don’t take it personally. Bingbing has been a bit mentally unstable lately and tends to lash out at people without meaning it. If you don’t mind, I agree to let Bingbing marry into your Shi family," Mother Lin quickly interjected.
"Mom, you can't decide my marriage! Who I marry is up to me alone!" Lin Bingbing shouted fiercely, reacting strongly against her mother's words.
