The Fire Spirit Crystals embedded in the stone walls dimmed at a visible speed, shattering into powder that fell continuously, while the previously calm Lava Lake began to churn violently. The herbs that had grown on the stone walls had long been harvested and refined into pills by Old Qilin, now infused within Xiao Hei.
“Roar!” Xiao Hei let out a fierce roar.
“Senior, what is happening?” Mo Wen could only ask Old Qilin in his heart, but there was no response. The Fire Spirit Power continued to surge towards the central platform, forming fiery dragons that burrowed into Xiao Hei's body. Cracks began to appear on the stone walls, looking as if they could collapse at any moment.
