"The match between the Jin Yu Hun Team and the Flame Cavalry Team is happening at the same time as ours. Let's go to Court No. 2 and see if their match has ended," Jiang Lingfeng said. "Huh? We still have to watch the match..." Sha Xiaomei chuckled bitterly, "Well, it's getting hotter, and you all have been out in the sun with us for a while. Why don't you go home and rest?" A Fei suggested with a smile. "No way! We share both joy and hardship," Xia Ying and Sha Xiaomei said in unison. "Oh! Brother A Fei, you two are like a couple going through tough times," Shuai Dong chimed in cheekily. "Yeah, yeah! What? Are you envious of this bachelor?" Xia Ying immediately retorted. "But there’s that handsome guy you’ve been eyeing," I said with a hint of sarcasm. Upon hearing this, Xia Ying scoffed, "Right, right! We're going to see that handsome guy. By the way, Sha Xiaomei, what’s that handsome guy's name again?" This little rascal Xia Ying was deliberately trying to tease me. "His name is Zhao Ziyang, tall and handsome," Sha Xiaomei echoed. "You... you’re bullying me!" I managed to stammer out. Xia Ying smiled triumphantly while Jiang Lingfeng nearly burst out laughing beside us. 0

When we arrived at Court No. 2, the match had already concluded, leaving only a few staff members cleaning the empty court. "Brother, has the match just ended? Who won?" I approached a young staff member and asked. "Yes, it just ended not long ago. I don’t know the results; I came to clean up after the match ended. You can ask the statistician; he’s backstage at the draw area, wearing a red baseball cap—he's easy to recognize since he's the only one wearing a red cap." The brother guided us quite thoroughly. "Thank you!" Our group of five found the backstage area of the draw station and saw the conspicuous red cap at a desk writing something. We walked over. "Excuse me, sir, who won the match between the Yuhun Team and the Flame Cavalry Team?" I asked eagerly. "Oh, you're asking about the match that just ended at Court No. 2? The two teams were really evenly matched; they were tied 5-5 within ten minutes. In the end, after a penalty shootout, Flame Cavalry defeated Yuhun Team with a score of 76-75, thus eliminating their opponent with an overall score of 441 and advancing to the second round. That handsome guy among Yuhun Team almost cried." Ah! I didn’t expect Zhao Ziyang to be eliminated; I had wanted to see his peak showdown against Jiang Lingfeng, both top point guards from high school. However, it seems that Flame Cavalry's strength is on par with Feather Soul's; could we become the second Feather Soul? 0

"Ah! I didn't expect Ziyang to be eliminated; what a pity." After leaving Lijing Park, Jiang Lingfeng sighed regretfully. "Alright, alright, it's noon now; the match time has passed. Where should we go for lunch? I'm starving," Xia Ying said. "Haha, look at your friend here; he's starving too! Aren't you worried?" Shuai Dong teased me. I shot him a glare and said nothing—hmph! Shuai Dong is such a busybody. 0

After our group of seven finished eating at a Chinese fast-food restaurant called Cai Gen Xiang, we stood on the street. "This afternoon's Street Basketball Championship will kick off with four matches in the lower bracket; do you want to go watch?" A Fei suggested. "No way! You all go ahead; Sha Xiaomei and I are heading back first while you continue your fun," Xia Ying said as she pulled Sha Xiaomei away. I jokingly shouted from behind, "Aren't we supposed to share both joy and hardship?!" "But you guys aren't going through hardships; you're going to do what you enjoy! Can you bear to see us two weak girls accompany you?" Sha Xiaomei replied as she linked arms with Xia Ying and walked away. These two girls have definitely got us wrapped around their fingers. 0

We returned to Lijing Park again—sigh! We've spent so much time here. After checking Court No. 1, we found that their match hadn't started yet but spotted Zhao Ziyang sitting on the sidelines. "Ziyang!" Jiang Lingfeng greeted him as we approached him and sat down next to him. "Ziyang, listen... don't be disheartened; it was just bad luck," Jiang Lingfeng comforted him. Zhao Ziyang smiled faintly and said, "It's okay; skill wasn't enough this time—one must accept defeat gracefully; besides, winning or losing is common in sports." Zhao Ziyang seemed quite open about it now, but I could tell his smile was somewhat forced. Jiang Lingfeng encouraged him by patting his shoulder, saying, "You all need to work hard for us at Feather Soul!" A hint of helplessness crossed Zhao Ziyang's handsome face as I noticed A Fei looking at them with admiration in his eyes. I was surprised; I had always thought there was no friendship between top point guards because they were always competing against each other for superiority. But now I've realized I was wrong—they are fierce competitors on the court who won't hold back because they represent their team's honor; however, off the court, they share similar beliefs and goals which makes them good friends who respect each other deeply. In short, their fierce battles on the court do not affect their friendship—that is true sportsmanship. 0

This match is between Lower Bracket No. 1 vs Lower Bracket No. 8: Vulture Team vs Steppers Team. "Senior Ziyang, which team do you think will win?" I leaned over to ask Zhao Ziyang. "Hmm... it's hard to say but personally I think Stompers might have a slight edge," Zhao Ziyang replied. I carefully observed both teams warming up; Vulture Team was tall and robust with everyone over six feet tall—the tallest probably reaching six feet two inches—while Steppers Team appeared much smaller in comparison with heights varying significantly; their tallest player was nearly six feet three inches while the shortest looked like he barely reached five feet seven inches tall. "Senior Ziyang, are you sure you're not mistaken? Vulture Team clearly has an advantage," I remarked while looking at Zhao Ziyang who turned back with a smile but said nothing further—this guy must have seen something in Steppers Team that indicated they had better odds; he'll be embarrassed when the results come out later." 0
