Jiang Chen had spent two days at Quiet Villa. After those two days, he emerged from his room with several elixirs in hand.
"Let's head to the capital," Jiang Chen said to Lou Yijing and Liu Liangmei. He had spent the last two days refining some elixirs suitable for the young members of the Martial Arts Special Forces. Since he had promised to be their chief instructor, it was only natural for him to provide some benefits.

"Mr. Jiang is being too modest," Liu Liangmei replied politely.
With Lou Yijing temporarily staying at Quiet Villa, Jiang Chen and Liu Liangmei set off for the capital. Jiang Chen spent three days at the Martial Arts Special Forces, personally guiding them while also helping Liu Liangmei clarify her doubts.
Although these recruits showed promise in martial arts, they struggled to adapt to the Cultivation Method that Jiang Chen taught. However, Liu Liangmei grasped it quite quickly.
After three days, Jiang Chen left the Martial Arts Special Forces behind.

Monroe could be considered one of Jiang Chen's maidservants. He had previously mentioned taking her back to Huaxia but hadn't done so because he wanted her to spend more time with her parents. Moreover, Monroe had been insisting on having children with Jiang Chen, which was becoming a bit of a headache for him.
"Alright, young master. You can rest assured while you go into seclusion; I will take good care of Xiao Lu and Sasha," Qin Xiaoya smiled.
"Thank you for your hard work," Jiang Chen nodded. Qin Xiaoya was in the capital and could conveniently look after Jiang Lu and Qin Shusha.
After leaving the capital, Jiang Chen returned to Shanghai Quiet Villa to take care of some matters before making phone calls to relevant individuals including his godparents, Teacher Gong, Old Qin, and Zhuyong. Since he would be away for an extended period, he wanted to inform them so they wouldn't worry too much.
Only then did Jiang Chen board a plane heading for Tibet. The Tibetan Plateau was known for its high skies and clear clouds; it was considered one of Huaxia's cleanest places. Additionally, with its vast land and sparse population, Jiang Chen could cultivate without fear of being discovered.
