A Little Chick Learns to Fly 0

On a farm, there was a little chick who envied the birds in the sky and dreamed of flying like them. One day, it saw a bird perched on a fence and approached it, asking, "Bird, can you teach me how to fly?" The bird readily agreed. As it demonstrated, it said, "Flap your wings vigorously and ride the rising air currents to take off." The little chick practiced earnestly, flapping its tiny wings with all its might, but each time it could only flutter a few times before tumbling heavily to the ground. The other chicks laughed at it, saying, "Don't waste your effort! We were never meant to fly." 0

But the little chick didn't give up. Every day before dawn, it would get up to practice. One time, it jumped onto a haystack and flapped its wings with all its strength, and to its surprise, it actually flew a short distance! Although it eventually landed back on the ground, it was filled with joy. Gradually, the little chick learned to fly over low fences and could flutter around the farm for short periods. It realized that as long as it persisted, dreams would eventually come true. 0

The Brave Adventure of the Little Dandelion Seed 0

In a beautiful garden lived a group of little seeds. Among them was a tiny dandelion seed that was different from the others; it always looked at the sky and the distance with curious eyes, filled with longing for the outside world. "I really want to fly out and see what lies beyond the garden," the little dandelion seed often told its companions. However, the other seeds mocked it, saying, "Don't dream! We seeds are meant to stay in the soil and take root." 0

Despite their ridicule, the little dandelion seed did not give up on its dream. Finally, one day, a strong wind blew through. The little dandelion seed held onto the wind's coat tightly and shouted, "I'm going on an adventure!" The wind carried the little dandelion seed high above the tall walls, revealing a bustling city with flowing traffic and crowds of people. The little dandelion seed was thrilled: "So this is what the outside world looks like—so vast and wonderful!" 0

Next, the wind took it to a wide grassland filled with herds of cattle and sheep and colorful wildflowers. The little dandelion seed happily greeted its new friends. However, the adventure was not always smooth sailing. Suddenly, heavy rain began to fall from the sky. The little dandelion seed was knocked down into a muddy corner and felt cold and scared. "Is this how my adventure ends?" it cried sadly. 0

Just when it felt hopeless, an ant crawled over. "Little Seed, what's wrong?" asked the ant with concern. The little dandelion seed shared its experience with the ant. The ant comforted it: "Don't be afraid; I'll help you." The ant gathered many friends, and together they worked hard to rescue the little dandelion seed from the mud. 0

The rain stopped, and a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky. The little dandelion seed bid farewell to its ant friends and continued its adventure with the wind. Eventually, the wind brought it to a high mountaintop where sunlight shone brightly and the air was fresh. The little dandelion seed decided to settle there. 0

When spring arrived, the little dandelion seed sprouted and grew tender green leaves. Soon after, it blossomed into a golden-yellow flower that swayed gently in the breeze. Later on, the little dandelion seed had its own little seeds. It often shared stories of its adventures with children, encouraging them to bravely pursue their dreams. 0
