"The captain is despicable, shameless, and vile, committing all sorts of evil deeds. In the future, his infamy will surely spread far and wide!" 0

Bajess is always the number one supporter of Blackbeard. 0

"Well said, Bajess," Blackbeard responded with approval. 0

When praising a pirate, it must be done this way; if you were to say that a pirate has a kind heart, others would definitely think you're insulting him. 0

"However, now is not the time. We'll celebrate once we capture Monkey D. Luffy." 0

"Now." 0

"Set sail." 0

"Our destination is Magic Valley Town, Straw Hat Crew." 0

Despite its crude construction from several massive logs, Blackbeard's ship still had a mast and sails; with those, it could be called a ship. 0

Bajess once again showcased his brute strength, vigorously swinging his arms to propel the oars and move the vessel forward. 0

This time they sailed straight ahead, no longer taking detours to avoid danger. 0

Encountering a reef, he scoffed, "What do you think I am, Bajess?" 0

"Bring the ship closer!" 0

With a loud crash, he smashed a massive rock with a single punch, leaving only scattered debris. 0

When faced with a Sea King, he sneered again, "What do you think I am, Bajess? Bring the ship closer!" 0

He leaped into the air and dove right into the mouth of the Sea King. 0

Fortunately, his companions rushed in to rescue him. 0

Blackbeard sat upright on the deck of the ship, still carrying some of the unique slime from the Sea Kings in his stomach. He lowered his head in thought: 0

"Should I explain why Luffy is on Jaya Island?" 0

"Will they suspect me of knowing his route so accurately?" 0

What if they ask about it? 0

Just as Blackbeard was hesitating, a cacophony of chatter filled his ears, as if many people were arguing, which annoyed him greatly. 0

"What are you all shouting about? Can’t you focus on sailing?" 0

As he was about to scold them, he opened his eyes and saw an unspoiled island right within reach. 0

I misjudged them; we’ve already arrived at our destination. 0

Just as he prepared to stretch and welcome the first island he encountered in this world, a series of insults came flying at him. 0

"Oh, so that one up there isn’t your captive, but your captain instead." 0

"You guys are quite the odd bunch—one birdman, one with a small brain, a mute, and a sickly whiner, and you even found a big fat black guy to be your captain." 0

"Hahaha." 0

Blackbeard's pupils constricted, his previously relaxed brows furrowing tightly again as he glared angrily at the source of the taunts. 0

How dare they! 0

How dare they insult the future King of Darkness! 0

Following the sound, they discovered several pirate ships blocking their own vessel. 0

These pirate ships were rather pitiful; compared to Blackbeard's ship, they were merely a shadow of what a pirate ship should be. The deck had several holes that had not been repaired, with only a few wooden planks haphazardly nailed over them. The hull was covered in scars from blades and signs of fire, and the sails were patched up, with even a pair of red underwear sewn onto one of them. 0

Such shabby pirates were the norm in the Pirate World. 0

The powerful pirate crews had no use for them; they lacked the strength to rob major cities and could only plunder small villages while constantly being pursued by the navy. Moreover, the cost of supporting their piratical lifestyle was high. They spent their meager earnings on games, drinking, and gambling, leaving them with little money. 0

As a result, some individuals emerged who specialized in intercepting these weak pirates before they reached their gathering spots. They possessed some degree of strength but were cowardly and timid, relying on bluster without daring to venture out to rob or fight against more formidable pirates. 0

They set their sights on new pirates who had just entered the Grand Line from distant seas, those with less experience and power. Alternatively, they targeted pirate ships that had just finished a fierce battle and were in dire need of supplies. 0

While they did not dare to rob at the pirate gathering spots, they found plenty of courage to ambush fellow pirates from a distance. 0

Clearly, Blackbeard and his crew were seen as inexperienced newcomers. 0

"Hey, Zhang San, do you think these poor souls can have any treasure? They can't even manage a proper pirate ship; are we wasting our time?" 0

"It doesn't matter if they don't have anything. We can capture them and make them mine for us. Once they're done digging, we can sell them as slaves; aren't the Celestial Dragons always in need of labor?" 0

"But I doubt anyone would want this bunch of misfits." 0

"Hahaha!" 0

They shamelessly scrutinized Blackbeard's crew with mocking glances, clearly viewing them as easy prey and already contemplating how to dispose of them after the fight. 0

They weren't just indiscriminate robbers; they had their standards. 0

The ones with a bounty on their heads are definitely off-limits. 0

Large ships are also off-limits. 0

And those with a big crew are to be avoided as well. 0

However, the group across from them clearly consisted of newcomers who were clinging to the idea of "One Piece," and they didn't even have a proper ship. 0

They fit perfectly into their plans. 0

"Sorry, Captain, for letting these pests disturb your rest," Fan Oka said apologetically upon seeing Blackbeard wake up, his face twisted with anger. 0

"I should have killed them the moment they intercepted us." 0

"Don't worry about it; they're just dead men walking." 0

Black smoke swirled around Blackbeard's face, obscuring his expression, but the coldness in his tone was enough to convey his murderous intent. It was clear he was genuinely furious. 0

Thick black smoke poured from Blackbeard, enveloping their ship like black ink mixing into pure spring water, threatening to consume everything in its path. 0

Bajess and his crew were pushed to the edge of the ship, with no room to stand. They dodged the encroaching black smoke, trying to avoid being dragged into the darkness while waving their hands and shouting: 0

"Captain... Captain, don't be rash! 0

Leave these little thieves to us; you don't need to get involved." 0

Fan Oka dropped his aloof demeanor and leaped onto the opposing pirate ship, shoving one of the pirates overboard. 0

"Sorry." 0

Then he landed steadily on the deck, making a creaking sound. 0

"Sorry, we're going to need to commandeer your ship. Could you please step aside?" 0

"You can get lost." 0

When could a victim of piracy speak to them like that? 0

The pirates were furious and swung their knives at Fan Oka. 0

"Bang, bang, bang." 0

Fan Oka fired several shots, killing the pirates standing in front of him, each bullet hitting right between the eyes. 0

Leaning against the railing, Fan Oka calmly said, "I'm not here to negotiate; I'm here to inform you." 0

These few shots shattered the pirates' courage. They had never seen such precise marksmanship. In their minds, guns were merely artistic tools used for outlining human figures, much like the Navy's cannonballs, which had never hit anyone. 0

The pirate standing closest to him, perhaps a small leader, swallowed hard. His hand holding the knife was sweating profusely, nearly causing him to drop it. 0

As he stealthily began to back away, he shouted loudly to his companions behind him, "Brothers, he's just lucky! It's only because we're close that those unfortunate guys got shot!" 0

"We don't need to be afraid of him; he can't shoot any of us again." 0

The surviving pirates were all timid; those with guts had already met their end. 0

Those who rushed forward for benefits would frown at the first sign of battle and retreat behind their comrades. How could they be provoked into charging forward with just a few words? 0

The young newcomer had already been tricked into death during the voyage. 0

Seeing that everyone was merely waving their knives around without any intention to strike, the Pirate Lieutenant began his manipulation again. 0

“Brothers, no matter how powerful he is, he’s just one person. If we all rush him at once, there’s no way he can kill everyone on this ship. Once he runs out of bullets, he’ll be doomed just like the rest of us.” 0

“I bet he doesn’t have any bullets in his gun!” 0

“Oh.” 0

Upon hearing this, Fan Oka couldn’t help but chuckle as he swung his sniper rifle back and forth, aiming at the talking Pirate Lieutenant. 0

“Why don’t you give it a try?” 0

The little leader was so frightened that he stumbled backward, nearly tripping over himself. His face flushed with embarrassment and anger as he snapped at his companions: 0

“Do you really think you can escape? If we don’t kill them today, we’ll be hanged by Lord Rossio when we return.” 0

“Since we’re all going to die anyway, you can choose how you want to go.” 0

With that, one person charged forward. Seeing this, the others exchanged glances and followed suit, rushing in as well. 0
