Meanwhile, Qiu Yuxia faced off against Yin Yang Dual Bodies alone. After dozens of exchanges, she still saw no chance of victory. In an instant, an unprecedented surge of evil energy erupted forth like a furious tiger pouncing down from a mountain peak aimed at destroying anyone who stood in its way. Yi Zhangzhi used his left hand to channel Daoist Name Technique - Tai Chi True Qi while his right hand executed Buddhist Supreme Techniques - Nine Buddhas Forgive Sins; these two techniques combined shook the ground as they aimed directly at the God of Consciousness's lethal strike. Yu Yunhai gathered his true essence and unleashed his strongest sword technique - Mind Realm Sword; instantly surrounding air condensed as his intent-filled sword slowly sliced through space toward the God of Consciousness's Qigong before normalizing again. The combined efforts of Yi Zhangzhi and Yu Yunhai clashed against one strike from the God of Consciousness with a thunderous impact that made it seem like doomsday had arrived—the ground trembled as if out of balance; even sun and moon lost their luster while mountains and rivers shuddered—the entire inner courtyard of Martial Bamboo Divine Domain was destroyed. Yet both Yi Zhangzhi and Yu Yunhai were overwhelmed by the God of Consciousness's Qigong which pierced through their bodies; blood gushed forth as they sustained severe injuries.
Qiu Yuxia and Murong Yaoxian also fell victim to Liu Yi and Old Witch's hands. Just as their lives hung by a thread, a Spirit Python suddenly burst forth within the divine realm; it opened its mouth wide and charged at Liu Yi. Liu Yi quickly leaped up to evade being swallowed by the serpent while Old Witch unleashed Mianju Qigong again to strike at Spirit Python. The Spirit Python whipped its tail fiercely; dust rose everywhere as yellow sand filled the air obscuring visibility instantly. Seeing this situation unfold, Yi Zhangzhi and others took advantage to escape. When visibility returned to normal at the scene, they found that the petrified Spirit Python lay motionless in the courtyard while Yi Zhangzhi and his companions had long since fled.
The God of Consciousness said: "Since Yi Zhangzhi and others are heavily injured, let Liu Yi pursue them; ensure that they are completely eradicated without leaving any future troubles."
Liu Yi replied: "Yes, we will pursue them immediately." With that said, Liu Yi and Old Witch transformed into light and gave chase.
The God of Consciousness remarked: "My era has finally arrived." With that statement, the humanoid energy mass dissipated within Martial Bamboo Divine Domain.
