Sun Zhe's movement was incredibly swift. With the enhancement of pure Thunder Power, the Ninefold Shadow martial art was pushed to its limits by Sun Zhe. In an instant, a series of illusory figures emerged, and Sun Zhe closed the distance to the Gray-Clad Old Woman at an astonishing speed, appearing right behind her in a moment. 0

His eyes glinted with a cold light as he tightened his right fist. A dazzling purple light suddenly burst forth from the gaps between his fingers. Sun Zhe took a sudden step forward, reducing the distance between them to just three feet, and his massive fist slammed into the back of the Gray-Clad Old Woman, causing a violent surge of Thunder Power to flood into her body. 0

"Poof..." 0

A mouthful of bright red blood gushed out, and the Gray-Clad Old Woman's face instantly turned pale. Due to her cultivation of poison techniques, her body was already weaker than that of an average Cultivator. Moreover, Sun Zhe's Thunder Power was precisely the nemesis of her poison techniques. As the raging Thunder Power surged into her body, she suffered severe injuries, and even the solidified spiritual energy in her Dantian was on the verge of collapse. 0

A thick grayish-white Death Qi surged in her eyes. She never expected to be defeated by a Cultivator at the Realm of Thunder Sovereign, but losing was losing; she could not deny this outcome. 0

"I have a question for you, and I hope you will answer honestly," Sun Zhe said coldly as he stood before the Gray-Clad Old Woman. 0

Looking up at Sun Zhe, whose clothes fluttered and whose Killing Intent was overwhelming, she realized that their roles had completely reversed. A hint of unwillingness surfaced in her eyes as she hoarsely asked, "If I answer you, will you let me go?" 0

"If you answer honestly, I will give you a quick end; if you stall or refuse to answer, I will make you wish for death but be unable to die..." Without any hesitation, Sun Zhe spoke with a cold voice that seemed devoid of emotion, like ice from the depths of the sea. Even the scheming Gray-Clad Old Woman felt a chill in her heart. 0

Sun Zhe's words were simple: whether she answered or not, death awaited her; it was just a matter of how she would die. He would not leave any future troubles behind. Although Sun Zhe did not fear retaliation from them, there were always unexpected events. He did not want to leave himself with regrets or create unnecessary trouble. 0

"Go ahead and ask," after a long pause, the Gray-Clad Old Woman finally croaked. 0

A faint smile appeared on Sun Zhe's lips as he slowly asked, 0

"Was my Sun Family's annihilation related to the Golden Thunder Sect? Or who is truly responsible for the destruction of my Sun Family?" As soon as he finished speaking, a sharp light flashed in Sun Zhe's eyes as he fixed his gaze tightly on the Gray-Clad Old Woman on the ground. This was the real reason he had come here. Although Sun Zhe had no intention of reviving the Sun Family, he could not ignore the grudge for their extermination. 0

A bitter smile appeared on the Gray-Clad Old Woman's aged face as a look of helplessness crossed her features. 0

"You think too highly of me. Although I am the Elder Steward of the Golden Thunder Sect and appear to have a prestigious position outside, my actual status within the Sect is even lower than that of the core disciples. I am not privy to the internal secrets, so how could I possibly know about matters like yours?" 0

"Perhaps that old man Han Li knows something, after all, this matter was originally entrusted to him directly by the Grand Elder. Or Elder Leng might know something as well, but I'm not too sure. The Grand Elder's actions are always unpredictable; perhaps there are other reasons for sending them here." Seeing Sun Zhe's expression darken, she quickly added. 0

Upon hearing her words, Sun Zhe remained noncommittal, his face still calm as water. After a moment, he asked again, "Where are they now?" He knew that Han Li was the Elder Steward of the Golden Thunder Sect whom he had encountered in the Xuanlei Sect Great Hall. As for Elder Leng, he had not met him; he might have been sent later and should be stronger than Han Li, possibly reaching Mid-Level Thunder Lord or Late Stage Thunder Lord. 0

"They were originally waiting here with me for you to walk into the trap, but they received an urgent order from the Sect and went to Xia County. However, I'm not clear on what exactly they are doing," the Gray-Clad Old Woman explained slowly after thinking for a while, but a subtle cold glint flashed in her eyes as she spoke. 0

"Hmph, seeking death!" 0

In an instant, Sun Zhe let out a cold snort and stepped forward swiftly. His right hand shot out like lightning and struck directly on the Gray-Clad Old Woman's right hand. A black poisonous orb immediately exploded. Sun Zhe had long known that this Gray-Clad Old Woman would not give in easily; she had clearly intended to numb him with words before launching a sneak attack. Unfortunately for her, Sun Zhe had been vigilantly watching all her movements. 0

Sun Zhe's right hand flashed again, fingers slightly curled, and he gripped tightly around the Gray-Clad Old Woman's neck. With a pull, he lifted her body off the ground. 0

"Cough cough... I..." The Gray-Clad Old Woman's face turned red as she stammered in a plea for mercy. 0

"Since you sought death yourself, you can't blame me. In your next life, don't be reborn under the Golden Thunder Sect," Purple Lightning suddenly appeared on his right hand, its brilliant light flashing instantly. Sun Zhe tightened his grip as if it were forged from steel; with a twist of his wrist, a crisp sound of bone cracking echoed as he broke the Gray-Clad Old Woman's neck with one hand. 0

With a toss of his hand, the Gray-Clad Old Woman's frail body fell to the ground. As a wisp of gray Killing Intent was absorbed by the patterns on his right arm, a master of the Realm of the Thunder Lord met their end at Sun Zhe's hands just like that. 0

Coldly gazing at five figures bound by crystalline restraints on the other side of the courtyard, a strong killing intent surged in Sun Zhe's eyes again. As he slowly approached them, those five disciples of the Golden Thunder Sect began to cry out for mercy. Unfortunately, due to the barrier obstructing them, Sun Zhe could not hear a single sound and could only see their desperate expressions. 0

With a hand gesture, the Thunder Power surged once more, and an illusory shadow flashed before everyone, accompanied by five sprays of crimson blood. The five individuals then followed in the footsteps of the Gray-Clad Old Woman, dying at the hands of Sun Zhe, with only a wisp of Death Qi being absorbed by him. 0

Ignoring the corpses scattered on the ground, Sun Zhe waved his right arm, which bore the Killing Tiger Pattern. He distinctly felt that at the moment the six strands of Killing Intent were absorbed, the pattern slightly warmed, and the bones and muscles of his entire right arm were refined, enhancing his strength a little more. 0

"What exactly is this pattern?" 0

Sun Zhe couldn't help but murmur to himself. He had never heard of any pattern that could absorb Killing Intent generated from death, let alone refine bones and enhance strength. 0

"Chirp... Chirp..." 0

A flash of Purple Radiance revealed Jingjing's delicate figure appearing before Sun Zhe. Her right wing stretched out towards him like a hand, making a gesture that seemed to be asking for payment. 0

Seeing Jingjing's adorable action, Sun Zhe couldn't help but smile slightly. His earlier confusion about the mysterious pattern was cast aside as he gently stroked Jingjing's translucent feathers, a hint of joy flashing in his eyes as he spoke, 0

"Follow me to one more place, and then I'll give it to you." Sun Zhe clearly sensed several powerful strands of Divine Consciousness locking onto this location. He wouldn't reveal the mysterious Ancient Cauldron here; he understood the principle of not flaunting wealth. 0

As soon as he finished speaking, Sun Zhe moved lightly and walked toward the outside of the courtyard. Although Jingjing seemed a bit displeased, she still closely followed behind him, for the Ancient Cauldron had chosen Sun Zhe. 0
