Yan Wen had developed a habit of waking up early, starting with taking care of Er Bao. He had not been sleeping well and was lacking rest. When Er Bao was not around, he had the chance to catch up on sleep, yet he still woke up on time as he always did.

"Was that smile from earlier an example of keeping emotions hidden?" Yank challenged, though he was still young, he was not easily fooled.
The little one looked up, his words carrying a hint of defiance.
"Yes, I smiled just now, but it wasn't because of Er Bao; it was because of you," Yan Wen explained.
"What’s so funny about me?" Yank asked. Was his face unwashed? Had he buttoned his shirt wrong? Was his clothing inside out?
As Yank bent down to check his outfit, he touched his face with his hands.
"I laughed because when you mentioned Er Bao, I already imagined an entire TV series in my mind."
"There’s no way it could be as long as a TV series; it barely lasts the length of a short film," Yank retorted.
Yan Wen remained silent.
The little one was quite honest.
After checking that there were no issues with his white sportswear, Yank put his hands in the pockets of his jacket and struck a cool pose. "If you don’t agree to take me to see Er Bao today, I’ll be able to imagine an entire TV series."
He even thought of a title for the show—"The Road to Reunion Is Long." Just hearing the name evoked a sense of sadness flowing from the words.
"If you don’t go see Er Bao, your mommy won’t agree either," Yan Wen replied.
