After nearly a month of research, Jinling has finally established a complete system for classifying their strengths and published the first issue of the Mutant Beast Compendium.
Level 0: Ordinary, Level 1: Soldier, Level 2: General, Level 3: King, Level 4: Emperor, Level 5: Legend!
This is the classification for Mutant Beasts as well as for Evolvers!
This classification was jointly named by a researcher and a General-level Evolver. Although it may seem a bit juvenile, it ultimately passed and received recognition from Jinling.
The two somewhat naive namers include the most outstanding evolutionary researcher from Jinling and the currently known strongest Evolver in the Jinling Safe Zone!
The Mutant Beast Compendium comes in two formats: one is a physical version that must be purchased from the military at cost, redeemable with bullets, Mutated Beast Meat, or living supplies; the other is an electronic version that can be sent for free to everyone's wristwatch or other electronic devices, if they have them.
Shen Yuan flipped through the Mutant Beast Compendium and found that it recorded over 1,000 types of Mutant Beasts. Shen Yuan compared and discovered that the Mutant Mouse belongs to the Level 0 Ordinary category of Mutant Beasts, the Steel-Maned Black Pig belongs to the Level 1 Soldier category, the Mutated Golden Eagle belongs to the Level 2 General-Class Mutant Beast category, while the Mutated Brown Bear, Mutated White Tiger, and Terrifying Giant Snake belong to the Level 3 King-Class Mutant Beasts.
The only existing Level 4 Emperor-class Mutant Beast is named "Yangtze Dragon King." It is said that just a glimpse can reveal its ability to manipulate water and clouds, resembling a legendary true dragon before it quickly disappears.
According to Jinling's classification system, since everyone has undergone varying degrees of evolution in this post-apocalyptic world, everyone is at least a Level 0 Ordinary Evolver.
Anyone who can independently kill any Level 1 Mutant Beast can register with the military as an officially recognized Level 1 Evolver as long as they can provide video evidence or a crucial part of the Mutant Beast's body.
And so on.

Universal Military Rank System!
Jinling has established contact with other troops across the country to create a rank system applicable to all survivors nationwide.
Everyone will automatically become a Private.
To advance in rank, there are three methods:
The first method is to complete tasks assigned by the military. The tasks vary widely, such as surrendering firearms and ammunition, living supplies, Mutated Beast Corpses, hunting Mutant Beasts, participating in patrols, or engaging in reconstruction efforts, all of which can earn points. Of course, hunting Mutant Beasts yields the most points.
The second method is that any officially recognized Level 1 Evolver will automatically be granted the rank of "Non-Commissioned Officer," Level 2 Evolver will receive the rank of Officer, Level 3 Evolver will be awarded the rank of Senior Officer, and Level 4 Evolver will be given the rank of General.
The third method is direct appointment by the military based on individual capabilities.
This move by the military is very strategic, effectively binding all survivors to their cause and ensuring they willingly serve the military. It not only appeases the powerful Evolvers but also guarantees the military's absolute dominance.
In no time, the troop station in Suicheng was overcrowded, as everyone rushed to surrender supplies, exchange points, and register for recognition.
Shen Yuan waited for an entire day.
