This filled Shen Yuan with anticipation for the soon-to-be-finished Flying General Li Guang Statue.
Ultimately, activating the Bull Statue took five minutes, comparable to that of the Arhat Statue.

Therefore, there should be other second-tier Evolvers in the countryside, just not known to others.
