Autumn Night, a gust of mountain wind blew by, bringing with it a hint of chill. The four of them had walked back and forth on the unusually quiet street countless times, yet there was still no sign of any monsters.
Li Girl was getting a bit impatient and said, "Is this monster hiding from us? We can't just wander around blindly on the street; we need to find a way to lure it out."
Beldan asked, "How do we lure it? Come up with a plan."
Li Girl pouted and shook her head lightly, saying, "I'm not clever; I can't think of anything right now..."
Kairuot pretended to be serious and said, "I have a plan."
Li Girl quickly asked, "Really? Brother, hurry and tell me!"
Kairuot said, "We'll dress you up as Female Demon to attract it." He then mimicked Female Demon, raising his voice and saying, "My lord, I am waiting for you here."
"Kairuot, you are so bad!" Li Girl immediately realized that Kairuot was joking with her and pouted, exclaiming, "I should turn you into a monster to attract it!"
Then, Li Girl turned to Beldan beside her and asked, "Belle, do you still have any makeup? Quickly put some on Kairuot, I want to dress him up as Female Demon so he can lure the monster."
Saying this, she reached into Beldan's waist pocket. Naturally, Beldan wouldn't let her touch it, and the two began to chase each other playfully. Beldan ran ahead while Lily chased after him, both completely unaware that someone was blocking their path ahead...
Just like that, Beldan crashed straight into the thigh of the monster. She hadn't even seen what was blocking her way when Li Girl looked up and realized that what stood in front of them was a Giant Monster!
The monster had a fierce face, half-human half-demon, with its mouth wide open. It was so tall that she could only look up at it; its arms were thicker than her body, and its feet were as big as her bathtub. Upon encountering the two of them, the monster bared its teeth in what seemed like a smile.
Li Girl's first reaction was to scream, "Monster! We've encountered a monster!"
She kicked at the monster's body with all her might but not only did she fail to hurt it, she bounced back several meters. The monster looked at Beldan curiously and picked her up while making gurgling sounds in its throat.
Upon seeing the monster's face, Beldan screamed! She struggled fiercely to break free from the monster's grasp and jumped away several meters in front of it.
Kairuot and Fairleya rushed over immediately upon hearing the noise.
In front of the Giant Monster, the four of them quickly gathered together. With more people, they felt braver, and all four wore expressions of fearlessness.
However, the monster's large mouth was mumbling continuously, and its hands were gesturing repeatedly. It didn't seem ready to attack; rather, it appeared to be trying to tell them something.
Fairleya raised her arms, palms facing the monster, intending to use a Laser Pointer against it. Belden and Lily drew their daggers from their waists, while Kairuot stood still, signaling everyone not to act. Looking at the monster before them, Kairuot asked, "Are you human or a ghost?"
The monster continued to make indistinct sounds that no one could understand. After gesturing for a long time, no one knew what it was trying to convey. However, everyone could tell that the monster meant no harm. Kairuot tried to use his Sixth Sense to communicate with it mentally. He inwardly asked, "What are you?"
The monster replied from its heart, "I am a member of the Bel Tribe, named Bel Purewood. I used to be a warrior."
Beldan excitedly asked mentally, "Are you really Brother Purewood?"
The monster answered, "Yes, my Dan Sister, you actually remember me..."
"Of course I remember! We were childhood playmates," Beldan exclaimed as she ran in front of the monster without hesitation, shouting, "Brother Purewood!"
The monster squatted down, tears welling in its eyes as it continued to mumble incomprehensibly.
The siblings communicated silently through telepathy, reminiscing about old times.
Fairleya and Lily quietly watched the three of them gesturing and had no idea what they were discussing. Although Li Girl had also known Brother Purewood since childhood, the appearance of the monster made her step back in fear.
Through their communication, they learned that Bel Purewood had become a monster due to genetic mutation; he had secretly escaped from an alien genetic Experimental Base. Hungry every night, he would go to the night market in Heavenly Dragon Town to find food. During the day, he dared not come out for fear of being discovered and captured by people from the Experimental Base.
Kairuot said to Beldan, "We need to hide Brother Purewood quickly; we can't let anyone know. Otherwise, we'll be in big trouble."
"Okay." Beldan held the monster's hand and said to him telepathically, "Brother, we will take you to a hidden place, so you won't have to come out at night to find food anymore."

On the way back with the monster, Fairleya curiously asked Kairuot, "How did you know that Bel Purewood was a human mutation?"
"Based on my feelings. When I was young, I saw giants, and they were all extremely violent. These giants were also created using Gene Technology," Kairuot replied. "It seems that everything we encountered in the Terrifying Forest is related to genetic mutations."
"That's really strange..." Fairleya sighed.
Kairuot said, "What they are doing is very dangerous. If Gene Technology manages to take control, Mars will be destroyed by these people."
"Kairuot brother," Li Girl deliberately walked in front of Kairuot and asked, "If you also mutated into a monster, how would I recognize you?"
Kairuot made a monster face and said, "Awooo... If I turned into a monster, I would scare you every day. From now on, whoever likes to scare you will be your Kairuot brother!"
