The Special Forces Member of Belche cautiously made their way deeper into the Cave, relying on the detectors on their bodies to navigate, believing that this would help them avoid the traps set within the Cave. They did not realize that what they were detecting was a virtual environment designed by the Martians. Thus, the Special Forces Member continued to feel secure as they ventured further into the Cave. 0

However, this Cave was too complex, with thousands of various-sized caves, referred to as the Thousand Caves. Without any lighting, they could only rely on the night vision goggles on their helmets to explore. Outside, there was a lot of commotion, but inside the cave, it was eerily quiet, creating a strange atmosphere. 0

The Capricornian Special Forces Members proceeded carefully and finally arrived at a larger cave with three forks. Before they could decide which tunnel to take, a Laser Projectile struck down the leading Special Forces Member. The Special Forces Members quickly retaliated towards the source of the Laser Gun fire until there was no response from that direction. This led the soldiers from Capricorn Planet to believe they had eliminated the enemy; however, unexpectedly, missiles were thrown at them from behind. Although the Bulletproof Vests of the Special Forces were effective, they could not withstand repeated explosions from the missiles, resulting in three team members being killed instantly. The remaining Special Forces Members disregarded their five injured teammates and quickly fled toward another tunnel. 0

To their surprise, as four team members reached the tunnel entrance, they fell into a trap set by an Abyss. The remaining team members hesitated to leap over and turned back to rush into another tunnel. This new tunnel led into a narrow Passage that was just wide enough for one person to enter at a time. The lead team member dashed into the narrow passage without incident for now, and the remaining eight Special Forces Members had no time to think and followed him into that tunnel. They had not gone far in the narrow Passage when they reached the end of the cave and were preparing to turn back when a specially designed Metal Barrier dropped down to block their way. The Special Forces Members immediately attempted to use a Micro Bomb to blast open their confinement, but it had no effect. At that moment, voices from within the Cave urged them to surrender. The Special Forces Members responded with heavy gunfire towards the source of the voice, indicating that they would rather die than surrender. The urging voice ceased, and after a brief discussion among themselves, they decided to use a small High-Energy Nuclear Bomb to take down both themselves and this Cave. 0

Kairuot watched everything unfold through surveillance cameras and had no choice but to activate the trap mechanism beneath them just as they were about to initiate the Nuclear Bomb, causing them all to plummet into an abyss. The Nuclear Bomb exploded deep within the dark river, obliterating all eight team members. 0

With the enemies inside eliminated and most of the remaining foes outside dealt with by the Mars Base Robot Force, Kairuot promptly ordered entry into Golden Tower Base through a secret passage. The robot troops quickly gathered at Golden Tower; aside from some feigned attacks outside, most entered quietly through the secret passage. 0

Belche initially thought that utilizing weapons from Golden Tower Base would allow them to hold out for some time but did not expect so many Mars Soldiers to suddenly appear! 0

Seeing all this unfold on screen, Belche angrily confronted Kailong: "Did you not say that all soldiers from Mars Base had been replaced by our Clone Soldiers? Where did these soldiers come from?" 0

"I... I..." Kailong stammered, unable to provide a clear answer. 0

"It seems we have no choice but to consider our options and choose escape," Belche said as he prepared to leave the Control Room. 0

But he was unwilling; he wanted one last struggle. Therefore, Belche activated the base's self-destruct mechanism. 0

Seeing this, Kailong hurriedly exclaimed, "No! Don't! If you destroy this place, I'm finished!" 0

Belche smiled and replied, "You will perish along with Mars Alliance Base; isn't that better? They will honor you as a martyr." 0

"Then take me with you," Kailong pleaded. "I can still help you." 0

As he spoke, he took a few steps forward, wanting to follow behind Belche, but was flipped to the ground by Belche's palm. By the time Kailong got up and tried to grab him, Belche had already activated the remote control in his hand, and a circular Metal Barrier enveloped Kailong, rendering his cries futile. Kailong could only pound his chest and stamp his feet in frustration, regretting that he had listened to Belche and ended up in this predicament. Watching the countdown of the base's self-destruct device ticking away, Kailong felt despair wash over him. He shouted angrily, "Belche, you won't have a good ending either—may you die a terrible death!" 0

However, just when all seemed lost, Kairuot arrived and timely disabled the self-destruct device. He saw Uncle Long slumped in the cage, terrified. He walked over and called out, "Uncle Long! Uncle Long!" 0

Slumped on the ground, Uncle Long thought he was already dead. He opened his eyes and saw Kairuot in front of him. Tears streamed from his eyes as he wore a mournful expression and said, "You finally came! Am I not dreaming...?" 0

"No, you're not. Have you seen Belche?" Kairuot asked. 0

Uncle Long shook his head. 0

Kairuot hurriedly ran outside. 0

Uncle Long shouted, "I'm still trapped in this cage! Let me out first!" 0

However, Kairuot had already run far away by that time, and naturally no one paid him any attention. This left Uncle Long feeling very annoyed as he cursed inwardly: [You little brat, don't get too proud; just wait until I deal with you later.] 0

After about an hour or so, Kairuot returned to the Control Room and said, "Belche is indeed the best at escaping; no one can match him in that regard. There's nothing we can do; he got away again." 0

"Let me out!" Kailong shouted. "Do you want to keep me trapped here for life?" 0

Kairuot finally found the switch and rescued Uncle Long from the cage. 0

Kairuot asked in confusion, "How did you end up in this base?" 0

Uncle Long replied, "Don't you know? I was reinstated to my position while I was on my way to Earth from Fairleya. I am now the head of this base." 0

"A dignified head of a Mars Alliance Base, with so many personnel and weapons, yet can't even defend the base. How embarrassing. You should go home early; when Chairman of the Mars Alliance comes down on you, you won't have it easy," Kairuot said bluntly. 0

"Ha, ha," Kailong sneered, "You still mention Chairman of the Mars Alliance. He can't even protect himself. Ever since he was captured by Belche, there has been no news of him; we don't even know if he's dead or alive. The Mars Alliance Headquarters is not what it used to be; no one listens anymore. No family is willing to contribute to the alliance's funding, and as the head of this base, I am not receiving any salary; I volunteered for this. The current Mars Alliance Headquarters is practically non-existent. This time, when the alliance base was attacked, no family was willing to help; everyone is looking out for themselves, which has led to the current situation." 0

Kairuot sighed, "This is the tragedy of Mars. If the families do not unite under the Mars Alliance Headquarters, Mars will eventually be destroyed by the Capricornian." 0

At that moment, Xiaoli walked in and reported, "All the Capricornian Soldiers in the base have been eliminated, with no one surrendering. These brainwashed soldiers are really stubborn; we truly have no way to deal with them... By the way, Kairuot brother, here’s something for you—this is a special badge taken from a soldier who died in the Cave." 0

As she spoke, she handed a badge with a unique totem symbol resembling a humanoid serpent to Kairuot. Upon seeing it, Uncle Long exclaimed, "This is the insignia of an elite member of the Capricorn Special Forces." 0

"Capricornian Special Forces?" Kairuot pondered thoughtfully. "It seems that Belche really has his eyes set on Mars, sending such elite troops here. We need to be extra cautious from now on." 0

At that moment, a video feed displayed Belche, who was almost hysterically shouting, " Kairuot! I want blood for blood! I want to use the blood of your Mars Alliance Headquarters Chairman to honor our fallen elite warriors! You forced me to do this!!" 0

The screen switched to another scene: Chairman of the Mars Alliance Ferdio was bound to a chair, which had a powerful Nuclear Bomb installed beneath it. A dedicated camera showed the Nuclear Bomb, and just as Belche finished speaking, it detonated. Ferdio was obliterated into nothingness... 0

Kairuot gritted his teeth and said furiously, "Belche, I want you to suffer a terrible fate!" 0
