Bai Yujing and Emma packed their belongings, said goodbye to the innkeeper and his wife, and prepared to start their journey back. The innkeeper and his wife waved at the door as Bai Yujing and Emma drove away.
This trip to Sky Island was a success. Not only did they experience the misty charm of the Scottish Highlands, but they also completed the mission assigned by the Exotic Creature Hunter System. Bai Yujing currently had 130 points, which could be exchanged for many good items. However, he wasn't ready to redeem anything just yet; he would wait to see what the next mission entailed before making any exchanges.
Of course, before leaving Sky Island, they had to say goodbye to Will Hackman, Alice, and Kaka in Kailijin Town. In Will Hackman's room, Bai Yujing and Emma enjoyed some snacks while sharing the significant gains from their journey.
Will Hackman was astonished. "I can't believe it! It's incredible that you discovered the legendary Lilliput!"
Bai Yujing nodded. "That's right. Emma and I both believe that is the capital of the Leprechauns, and it will be our next adventure destination. Not only do we want to return Alice and Kaka to Lilliput, but it's also a dream and challenge for us."
The old man immediately jumped up and exclaimed, "You should count me in! I can definitely lend you a hand."
Bai Yujing suddenly remembered that this old man was quite stubborn about his age. However, no matter what, he was over sixty years old, and if anything happened, Bai Yujing couldn't bear the responsibility. "No, no, Mr. Hackman. This journey will be very dangerous, and the distance is far..."

"What are you two whispering about?" Will Hackman asked suspiciously.
Bai Yujing chuckled awkwardly. "Emma said that if you have time when the moment comes, you could join us to take a look. But ultimately, the decision is yours."
The old man laughed heartily, his voice full of vigor. "You've made a wise decision! From what I hear, you need an excellent pilot. I used to be part of the Royal Air Force as a reconnaissance squadron pilot with over three thousand flight hours. Although I'm retired now, I'm still top-notch. I remember telling you about my battles with wild boars in the jungle; even now, young man like you wouldn't stand a chance against me."
Though the old man didn't say it outright, his tone conveyed disdain—he could take on ten of someone like Bai Yujing.
Well then, Bai Yujing was amazed; he hadn't expected such a distinguished background from the old man—definitely a high-caliber talent. Suddenly, Bai Yujing felt that having Will Hackman join them might not be a bad idea after all. It was just that the old man's age made it hard for Bai Yujing to decide.
Emma also hadn't anticipated that the old man had such an impressive history. She immediately surrounded him with admiration in her eyes and asked various questions, satisfying his vanity. With no grandchildren around him, having someone like Emma—who was only ten years older than his grandchildren—made him feel like he had a granddaughter who admired him as she listened intently to his tales of heroism from back in the day.
However, how much of it is bragging and how much is true, I do not know. Alice and Kaka have treated the old man’s place as a second home, occasionally coming over to stay and visit him, while also asking for some snacks.
“So, does this mean we can go to Lilliput next year?” Alice asked excitedly after hearing what Bai Yujing said.
Bai Yujing nodded: “Of course. So during this time, you will still be living here, but please prepare yourselves; we will set off together when the time comes.”
Kaka added, “We were worried about having to leave soon and felt a bit reluctant. Since we have such a long time now, we have enough time to prepare slowly.”
Bai Yujing continued, “By the way, I remember you mentioned that there are other Leprechaun residents on Sky Island. When we set off, you can ask them if anyone would like to join us.”
Alice nodded excitedly: “I was just about to ask you this question. We have some companions here who might want to leave with us. I wanted to see if that would be okay with you, but I was afraid it might add to your burden.”
“Of course not. This is part of our plan. We will leave here now to make some preparations and will return here to find you again on July 6th next year.”
Kailijin Town is right next to Skye Bridge. When Bai Yujing and the others were leaving, the two little people and Will Hackman came to see them off reluctantly. It was still morning when they left Sky Island, and the entire island was shrouded in thick mist.
As they walked further away, Sky Island gradually transformed into an island enveloped in clouds and mist. On the long bridge, a light mist lingered around them, as if crossing a bridge to a fairyland. Bai Yujing felt somewhat as if he had crossed into another world. Although his stay had not been long, it felt like ages had passed.
This period was fulfilling; it seemed like every day was filled with endless stories. Back in his home country, he always felt that time passed quickly and emptily; a year rushed by in a blur, and looking back, he couldn’t recall what he had done during that year.
However, during his days here, Bai Yujing felt that each day was incredibly fresh and memorable. Suddenly, he realized that choosing to come out according to the Exotic Creature Hunter System's mission arrangement was indeed one of his best decisions.
Not for money or fame, but simply to make his life feel meaningful and not trapped in the dead cycle of herding sheep, making money, and raising children.
Bai Yujing felt a sense of breaking free from the shackles of life. Emma also sensed that Bai Yujing was in a good mood and asked him, “Where are we going next?”
Bai Yujing thought for a moment: “I remember I told you before that I wanted to join the Endangered Species Conservation Organization, right? To become a guardian of natural creatures. You haven’t told me how I can become a member yet.”
Emma thought for a moment, "It might be a bit too late for that now. I will act as your introducer and provide your information to the organization. Then the organization will conduct a review and interview you!"
With that, time was indeed running short. Bai Yujing immediately said, "After the review is successful, I still need to come to the UK again, right?"
Emma shook her head, "No need. The organization also has branches in China. At that time, the department head there will conduct the interview. You can go through these processes after you return home. I look forward to your successful joining."
Bai Yujing nodded, "If that's the case, I will definitely work hard."

Emma quickly accelerated the vehicle, pressing down hard on the gas pedal. The red Ford immediately transformed into a blur as it sped down the road. The new driver, Bai Yujing, was frightened and exclaimed, "I think we don't need to rush like this; safety first!"
