"The price isn't cheap, but the place is so small. Are we being scammed? Is this really the highest standard?" Bai Yujing turned around. He had seen the prices downstairs, which converted to nearly ten thousand yuan per night. However, the total area was just over a hundred square meters. The space was designed very well, creating an illusion of spaciousness despite the small area. Besides two bedrooms, there was a long corridor and a decent living room where one could see the entire city from the sofa.
This place was on the top floor of the hotel, offering a wide view of the surrounding office buildings. Tsuchikuni Daisuke brought them here and helped carry their luggage upstairs before leaving with Li Hao after giving him some instructions.
Li Hao lay on the sofa and explained, "This is our family's hotel. In Tokyo, the population is too dense, and land prices are so high they could scare your heart out. The land utilization rate is extremely high; it's like this everywhere!"
Li Hao pulled down his tie and sprawled on the bed, falling into a deep sleep without any regard for his image. Bai Yujing took a shower and checked the liquor cabinet. Lying on the sofa, with a view of the entire city, the blue carpet on the floor and the overall white style created a relaxing atmosphere. After drinking two small glasses, Bai Yujing fell asleep on the sofa.
When Bai Yujing woke up, Li Hao nudged him awake. Sitting up, he realized it was already close to dusk outside; the sun had turned somewhat dim. They had both slept straight through to late evening.
A female server was pushing a food cart in the restaurant, quietly setting up lunch before bowing and slowly retreating.
Li Hao sat down and said, "Come on, after we eat, let's go out for a stroll!"
Bai Yujing looked at the table and noticed that the food seemed quite appealing; just its appearance made his mouth water. After sleeping until afternoon, he felt empty inside. The red fish sashimi paired with fresh garnishes was arranged in a circle around rice balls, accompanied by specially seasoned smoked fish and shrimp paste on either side of each bowl of rice.
Bai Yujing placed his opened bottle of Hennessy Richard on the table. Li Hao immediately remarked, "You know you shouldn't leave it open; it'll lose its flavor!"
Bai Yujing replied, "If that's true, then your family must be selling fake liquor!"
Bai Yujing picked up two glasses and filled them both. Li Hao noticed Bai Yujing's silver watch and grabbed it to take a look. "Patek Philippe 5180? Tsk, no taste!"
Bai Yujing withdrew his hand and said, "What's wrong? I think it's pretty good! The metal bracelet and overall design are nice, especially the exposed skeleton movement; it has a certain mechanical beauty!"
"A man's romance should be in tourbillons—precision! That kind of flawless precision is art!" Bai Yujing glanced at Li Hao's wrist and noticed that his previous Langue had been replaced with a Breguet. No, this wasn't called art; this was called vulgarity.

Li Hao beamed with pride. "Someone's just showing typical sour grapes because they can't have what they want. "......" Bai Yujing thought that being able to say such shameless things without turning red or out of breath was also a skill.
Following Li Hao out of the elevator, they immediately saw Tsuchikuni Daisuke waiting downstairs, accompanied by a few others. Aside from Tsuchikuni Daisuke, the other two were likely hotel staff. A few people quickly jogged over and said, "Director Li, the car you requested is ready!"

Seeing that Li Hao genuinely liked it, Tsuchikuni Daisuke felt relieved. This was the heir from the headquarters, and he had specifically fought to handle this reception. "Hi, these two are the hotel’s General Manager Yamada and Deputy General Manager. If you or Bai Sang have any needs, just let them know."

Once the group left, Bai Yujing began inspecting the car. It looked like a race car with an extremely low chassis. He wondered if it would be okay on the road but noticed that Li Hao seemed to love it, circling around it as if he were admiring his wife.

With a roar, Bai Yujing watched as the car shot forward like an arrow. Li Hao laughed heartily while Bai Yujing felt uneasy about his driving skills: "Hey, take it easy! If you crash and die, that's fine for you, but I want to live a few more years!"
"Don't worry! My driving skills are solid; just look at who’s driving!"

"By the way, where are we going?" Bai Yujing remembered a very important question.
Li Hao shouted over the loud music, "What did you say?"
"Where are we going?" Bai Yujing raised his voice.
Li Hao immediately replied as if it were obvious, "Didn't we agree? Shinjuku, Kabukicho!"

"When did we agree? Did I ever promise? Pull over, I want to get out!"
"Sorry, but you can't stop here!"
