Bai Yujing had to admit that these past few days had been eye-opening. Not only had he seen a series of designs and principles related to Spaceships, but he had also toured some publicly accessible factories. Of course, he was not allowed into the latest engine production workshop, but this still fulfilled his wish. He even saw the latest generation of the aircraft, Kunpeng, parked inside the factory, with several engineers conducting final tests and adjustments.
"Brother Zhao, I heard someone say that our country is preparing to establish a space elevator and is planning to build the world's largest space station. Is that true?" Bai Yujing asked curiously while sitting in the sightseeing vehicle.
The vehicle moved along the base, and many people in blue uniforms passed by. Some who recognized Zhao Di waved at him. Zhao Di replied, "You need to ask Old Wu about that. There are indeed preparations for it, but the specific construction site hasn't been decided yet! It seems several departments are competing for this project; they’re almost at each other's throats over it. Sun Hongqi has been running back and forth to the capital every week just for this matter!"
"If it weren't for Sun Hongqi's seniority and influence, I tell you, we wouldn't even have a chance at this good fortune!"
Today was already the fourth day, and Bai Yujing's business was nearly wrapped up. After finishing the tour of the entire base, he arrived at a place marked with a research institute sign. He flashed his temporary ID card and entered, immediately spotting Old Wu hurriedly packing up and rushing outside.

Old Wu waved his hand: "It's fine; you already know everything you need to know. You've signed the confidentiality agreement, so what’s there to worry about? This is something that came through your hands anyway!"
As they descended in the elevator towards the core laboratory on the final underground level, Bai Yujing saw all the researchers cheering. Leaning against the circular corridor railing to look down, he pressed his face against the glass window to see below. There, on a large screen, a nearly one-meter-high Hexagonal Prism was gradually being activated.
Bai Yujing saw Rhombus seemingly ignite in an instant as a massive amount of light gathered at its base and then spread upward continuously. He witnessed enormous energy being transmitted outward; the entire isolation chamber was filled with flickering electric light, and the intense brightness made it hard for anyone to open their eyes. The immense energy flowed through connections at the top leading outside; even just seeing it on screen was incredibly shocking due to its vast power.
"What’s the output power?" Sun Hongqi, acting as the commander below, asked excitedly.
"50 million kilowatts!" The numbers surged upward rapidly, causing everyone present to hold their breath.
"80 million! 80 million kilowatts!" At this point, it seemed they had not yet reached their limit; even the researchers' voices began to tremble.
"One hundred million kilowatts already!" The researchers staring at the computer screen below were ecstatic, and Sun Hongqi felt equally excited upon hearing this data.
"Yes, yes! This is just the initial successful replication. The most rudimentary version of Magnetite has already surpassed several large Nuclear Power Plants, and it is the purest, pollution-free, and portable energy source. Currently, the cost of establishing a Nuclear Power Plant in the world is about 4 billion dollars. Although our production costs and expenses are not low, compared to that, it's practically free!"
"Comrades, we have succeeded!"
Everyone jumped up and cheered. Bai Yujing was also somewhat shocked by the recent data; such a small device, less than a person's height, could provide enough electricity for an entire province. The future use and convenience of energy worldwide would far exceed human imagination.
Old Wu was also very happy because he had been involved in the entire process. Being part of such a transformation left him with no regrets in life. "Thank you, Bai Yujing. You brought this to us. Without you, we wouldn't know how long it would take to reach this point!"

Old Wu laughed heartily. "This didn't happen in such a short time. Your Center was sent to us initially. We studied it for a long time; although we didn't make any breakthroughs, we did gain some insights, leading to a later-stage development of a miniaturized Magnetite."
"This time you brought us the genuine article along with detailed production processes. Although we still don't fully understand the principles behind it, replicating one according to the process shouldn't be a problem. The road ahead is still long!"
Bai Yujing nodded, beginning to understand that they had already initiated this project last year. He didn't quite grasp these complex technical terms but was still eager to ask about something he was interested in: "I heard the country is preparing to launch a series of extraterrestrial exploration plans. Old Wu, do you know anything about it?"
Old Wu thought for a moment. "Yes! There is indeed such a plan. After our project succeeds, the next step will be designing the next generation of Spaceships. The next target is the Mars landing plan; it hasn't been officially initiated yet, but it's basically confirmed!"
Bai Yujing was thrilled. "Old Wu, look at me! With my physique, there's no doubt about it—do I have a chance to become an astronaut?"
"..." Old Wu was speechless for a while before finally patting Bai Yujing on the shoulder. "Just having a good physique isn't enough to become an astronaut. Most astronauts are top engineers with solid professional knowledge as well. Moreover, this matter isn't under our jurisdiction; it's handled by the space agency. We are only responsible for research and design work!"
Bai Yujing sighed. "I want to experience the feeling of conquering the stars and the sea!"
Old Wu laughed heartily, "Bai Yujing! Look at you, so young, not like us old folks. Technology is advancing rapidly; in a few years, who knows, Spaceships might be commonplace. Space exploration and interstellar travel could be as easy as going abroad. Are you still worried about not having a chance?"

United States—Arizona—State Prison. As the highest-level prison in the United States, it houses numerous military criminals, high-IQ offenders, and many special individuals whose names cannot even be disclosed.
Catherine was held in a single room. The entire prison was managed with full automation, featuring surveillance with no blind spots, 24-hour patrols, and three heavily locked gates, completely isolated from the outside world. There were also watchtowers and several meters thick concrete walls, all built in a military base style.
Not far away was a military base, capable of quickly assembling troops within three minutes to take control of the situation. It was as solid as a fortress; once inside, no matter how high your IQ or how strong your background, it was nearly impossible to escape!
Entering through the main gate and passing through layers of military buildings and guards, Catherine reached the innermost solitary confinement cell. She was sitting on the toilet in the cell, blowing a packet of powder through the ventilation pipe.
Before long, the lights throughout the base began to flicker simultaneously, and suddenly it became dark.
"What’s happening? Why did the power go out all of a sudden?"
"Everyone stay calm; the base has backup power!"
Boom! Before the words were finished, a series of explosions erupted from the innermost prison. The deafening sounds of explosions echoed continuously, flames illuminated the sky, and a raging fire broke out. The prison alarm sounded instantly, and the fire suppression system activated immediately!
Catherine opened her eyes that had been closed while counting and sat up abruptly from the ground!
