The method of refining tools is very different from Alchemy. While it is well known that Alchemy must be performed in a Dan Furnace, tool refining takes place at the gathering point of Qi on the ground.
The first step is to melt the iron. Fortunately, these are just scrap iron; if it were a divine weapon, Li Rui's fire would not be able to melt it.
Li Rui himself was unaware that the melting process only took a short tea break, which was remarkably fast.

"This thing was made by you?" Mo Ruxi asked repeatedly, her words revealing a hint of disbelief, and her astonished expression spoke volumes.
Li Rui slightly nodded; indeed, it was something he had refined himself! Why was the reaction so intense? Could there be something wrong?
He then raised the black and silver double rings in his hand. It was just a matter of coloring, and whether to coat it in gold or silver could simply be done by sprinkling gold or silver powder on it! "This thing is really made by you!"

Li Rui shook his head and then found Ding Xiang.
When Ding Xiang saw the double rings in Li Rui's hand, she froze in place, her expression mirroring that of Mo Ruxi just moments ago. She too was shocked and didn't understand what was happening.
Was it really that difficult? Or was the crafting method given by that guy truly exceptional? That would be incredibly impressive.
"Gold powder! I remember there's a place that has some, but their stuff is a bit unreliable."
"Well, I..." Li Rui stretched out his hand, blinking slightly, and Ding Xiang immediately knew something was happening.
"I only have this little bit on me; I don't know if it's enough, but take it for now!"
Li Rui nodded repeatedly. Perhaps he could refine some scrap metal into easier weapons, and the weapons he crafted were not ordinary ones; they were "spiritual light weapons" that glowed. They should sell for a good price!
Then, Li Rui grabbed the silver ingot handed over by Ding Xiang and hurried to the gold-plating pawnshop! He really didn't know what was going on; the surroundings were empty, yet this gold-plating pawnshop showed no signs of closing.
"Give me some gold-plating powder!" Li Rui greeted as he walked in and went straight to the point.
"How much do you need?"
"One piece!"
"How much money do you have?"
Li Rui then tossed the silver ingot onto the counter. The shopkeeper glanced at it and measured the ingot.
"This little bit? I'm afraid it's not enough."
Li Rui frowned slightly, noticing that this guy seemed to be looking for trouble. He didn't want to fall for that! Moreover, Mo Ruxi needed it by tomorrow morning! Looking at this guy's seemingly ulterior motives made him uneasy.
After hearing Ding Xiang's words, Li Rui didn't bring anything valuable with him; even the Water Fire Staff was left at Ding Xiang's house. Now this guy wanted...

"Help me do something."

Li Rui was once again stunned in place. The implication of these words seemed to grow increasingly Eerie. Could something so simple really be true?
"Aren't you afraid that I might just take this money for myself?"
"If I couldn't read people, this pawn shop would have closed down long ago."
Li Rui smiled calmly, took the ingots from the shopkeeper, and walked out of the store. Based on his position, he should be heading straight ahead.
