Li Rui glanced at the time, estimating it was around midnight. Instead of thinking about what to eat, he figured it would be better to arrive early at the agreed location and see what tricks the other party had up their sleeve.
Just as Li Rui arrived at the designated spot, a strange scene unfolded.
A chilling wind blew, carrying a slight coolness against his skin. The house before him was not lavishly decorated but had an air of ethereal elegance. However, it now seemed more like a haunted house!
Li Rui gently pushed the door open and looked around. His brows furrowed slightly; there was nothing inside except for four walls with a door in the middle.
The walls themselves were extremely peculiar. Upon opening the door, the first thing he saw was a red wall, resembling a wall of blood, as if something were flowing down it.
On either side were solid walls, seemingly meant to conceal the central blood wall.

Li Rui nodded slightly and then stepped back out. In the blink of an eye, the door had closed. The Dean and the Sect Master stood behind him.
Li Rui glanced at them both before pushing the door open and stepping inside.
The scene was still the same, but the eerie and sinister atmosphere lingered on! This feeling was truly unpleasant.
As the sound of "whoosh whoosh whoosh" filled the air, Li Rui furrowed his brows slightly, his hands spread out as he pressed them against the red wall.
