Leo led the way, with the wolf pack and Iron Fist close behind, collectively entering the astonishing nest of the Insect tribe. Stepping into this structure built of organic material and soil, everyone was struck by its intricacy and precision. 0

This nest was unlike any human construction. Its walls seemed to have grown organically, appearing haphazard but incredibly precise. Every corner, every curve, and even every section of the wall seemed to have been carefully designed and calculated, forming a naturally occurring maze. Scattered across the walls were some Insect tribe runes and glowing biological structures, emitting a faint but distinct light in the darkness, creating an eerie yet beautiful atmosphere throughout the nest. 0

The ground is made of a soft but very durable organic material. With each step, the ground produces a feedback force almost like rubber, as if the nest is interacting with them in its own way. 0

In the few minutes Leo spent entering the nest, his mood shifted from surprise to focus. He knew that in this maze-like place resembling an alien world, they were not only facing the army of the Insect tribe, but also the complexity and unknowns of the nest itself. 0

But he also knew that hesitation would only bring failure and death. So he quickened his pace, tightly gripping the weapon in his hand, silently praying. He could only believe that in this maze full of unknowns and dangers, he and his team could find the path to success. They had to complete the mission before the Insect tribe regrouped, this was their only chance. 0

In the narrow passage deep into the insect nest, every nerve in Leo was as taut as a string. He checked the map built into his helmet again, then issued orders through the communication device in a hoarse and steady voice: "wolf pack, deploy the defensive line. I want to see laser sensors, automated turrets, and traps in this area. This will be our essential retreat route, so it must be watertight." 0

"wolf pack" team members quickly acted according to the instructions, with four soldiers each responsible for a different direction. One of them swiftly unpacked a compact laser sensor from his backpack and carefully installed it on one side of the passage, securing it with special adhesive. Another soldier began laying down high-sensitivity vibration sensors on the ground, connecting them to a remote-controlled explosive package. Yet another soldier was in charge of the rear, placing small automated turrets on the ground that would automatically fire at targets entering the radar range. 0

"Iron Fist, how's your progress?" Leo inquired through the communication device inside his helmet. 0

"We've found an ideal bombing location, now we'll start setting up the bomb," responded the leader of "Iron Fist." 0

The "Iron Fist" team walked through winding passages and forks, finally arriving at a spacious underground hall. The ground was covered with irregular protrusions and indentations, making it ideal for hiding a bomb. One of the experts quickly took out a bomb box and began skillfully carrying out complex setup work, including a timing device, remote detonator, and connections to other explosives. 0

In the midst of all this tension and busyness, the entire insect nest occasionally echoed with chilling sounds. Sometimes it was a shallow roar, and other times it was the rustling sound of crawling. These sounds intertwined to form an invisible pressure, making people unable to help but imagine the terrifying creatures that might be lurking in the darkness. 0

"Everything is ready, awaiting your command, Captain," reported the specialist of the "Iron Fist" team through communication. 0

Leo took a long breath and tried to calm down as much as possible, then said, "Okay, everyone did a great job. wolf pack, make sure the rear passage is secure. Iron Fist, be ready to detonate the bomb at any time. We need to complete the mission quickly and evacuate before Insect tribe can react." 0

Just then, a sharp sound suddenly rang out, echoing in the underground space. Shortly after, the ground began to tremble, and the distant rumbling grew louder and louder. 0

"They're here!" a soldier exclaimed. 0

"Prepare for battle!" Leo shouted tensely. 0

The countdown timer of the nuclear bomb mercilessly shortens the time with cold precision. The numbers flash, gradually decreasing from 15 minutes. Leo stares unwaveringly at the tiny digits, each second feeling like a knife cutting through his heart. 0

" Iron Fist! Retreat! Retreat! Retreat!" Leo's voice echoes over the communication channel, loud and urgent, like a last straw for survival. "I don't want to say it again, evacuate the current position immediately!" 0

" wolf pack, you are the only hope for Iron Fist!" Leo then turned to another team. "I need you to form a defensive line at the entrance of the passage and use your firepower to cover the retreat of Iron Fist!" 0

"Understood, captain!" The response from wolf pack came almost immediately, and you could feel their urgency. The firepower quickly concentrated at the entrance of the passage, and the huge gunfire and explosions instantly overwhelmed the roars of the Insect tribe. 0

The situation determines every step. Leo took a deep breath and switched to the dedicated communication channel with Major Jack. 0

"Major Jack, this is Leo. We are in a very dangerous situation. The countdown for the nuclear bomb has only 15 minutes left. We need immediate support. Can the 'Ghost Sniper' team come to assist us?" 0

Major Jack's response made Leo's heart sink, "No, Leo, 'Ghost Sniper' team has more important matters to attend to right now, they can't be moved. You have to handle this on your own." 0

"Understood, Major," Leo gritted his teeth, almost able to see the faces of every member of his team. He opened the full channel again, "wolf pack, Iron Fist, listen up, no support, we have only 10 minutes to withdraw! Move fast!" 0

The communication channel is filled with various sounds—confirmations from wolf pack and Iron Fist, gunfire and explosions from intense battles, and the chilling roar of the Insect tribe. But what makes Leo most nervous is the countdown timer that keeps ticking. 0

He knows that every second now is money, is life. But he also knows that this race against time is not something they can control. 0

The fate of the team, their life and death, now all rest in these short 10 minutes. And Leo, as the captain, must make the fastest and most accurate decisions, even if it means facing the worst outcome. 0
