As the carriage slowly moved along the central road of Noxus, the argument between the Two Brothers became almost the main theme of the journey. The carriage rocked continuously due to their movements, seeming to be on the verge of tipping over at any moment. The air inside grew heated and oppressive because of their dispute.
Finally, the carriage stopped in front of the magnificent gates of the Immortal Fortress. This sturdy fortress stood tall, as if welcoming the new members about to arrive. However, Wei Dong and God Tone seemed completely oblivious to this grand sight, their voices still raised in argument.
Mr. Valo awkwardly tapped on the carriage's glass window, trying to remind The Two Brothers that they had arrived at their destination. However, his efforts seemed completely drowned out by the sound of their argument. Mr. Valo sighed helplessly and opened the carriage door, hoping this action would attract their attention.
Wei Dong and God Tone finally stopped arguing and turned their heads, noticing the outside environment. Upon seeing the massive walls of Noxus and the magnificent city gate, The Two Brothers' expressions shifted from surprise to excitement.
"Wow, so this is Noxus!" God Tone couldn't help but exclaim.
Wei Dong's eyes were filled with curiosity as he said, "It looks like the days ahead will be very interesting."
Mr. Valo stood beside the carriage, his eyes sparkling with pride and reverence for the castle. He looked at the now quiet The Two Brothers, let out a deep sigh, and then transformed into a confident demeanor as he proclaimed, "This is the great Immortal Fortress of Noxus, the glory and symbol of our nation. Now, let me show you the true magnificence of Noxus!"
Wei Dong and God Tone slowly descended from the carriage, their gazes immediately drawn to the scene before them. The Immortal Fortress loomed like a massive structure built from several gigantic black rocks, standing tall and exuding an air of majesty and oppression. The surface of the fortress was covered with dark stones, each meticulously carved with depictions of Noxus's battle history and symbols of victory.
The towering spires of the castle pierced the sky like long spears, showcasing the unparalleled power and indomitable will of Noxus. The heavy gates seemed to tell every visitor that this was a world for the strong, where only the bravest and most valiant warriors could stand.
At this moment, even the often-joking Two Brothers could not help but be awed by this magnificent fortress. Wei Dong stared intently at the stronghold and whispered, "This is Noxus... truly spectacular."
God Tone sparkled with excitement in their eyes, as if imagining the heroic battles and glorious victories that once took place here. "This place... is filled with power and ambition. It's a hero's stage!"
Mr. Valo smiled, watching the two of them react to the castle, feeling satisfied. He knew that for these two new Summoners, this was not just a castle, but the starting point of their new lives.
Mr. Valo looked at Wei Dong, slightly furrowing his brow as he said, "Do you two have any need to change? As I mentioned earlier, The Triumvirate are the core figures of Noxus, and one should maintain a certain appearance when meeting them..." Before he could finish his sentence, he was interrupted by God Tone.
God Tone, while gripping the black spines at his waist, displayed a pained expression and muttered, "Damn! That feels good, bro. When did we talk about this part?"
Wei Dong impatiently adjusted his beach shorts and disdainfully said, "Damn it! You're just like a dead pig sleeping! We're about to meet The Triumvirate of Noxus, and dressing like this is just embarrassing for yourself!"
God Tone continued to hold onto his waist while casting a dismissive glance at his brother, a mischievous smile on his lips. "I don't feel embarrassed at all! I'm enjoying this outfit, so why should I change? No matter how big The Triumvirate is, they can't compare to my little brother!"
Wei Dong listened and rolled his eyes, responding with a helpless expression, "Damn, you're hopeless! Just wait, you'll be seen as a clown, and it'll be all your fault!"
God Tone just chuckled and seemed to ignore Wei Dong's warning. He even excitedly jumped a few times, with an expectant look on his face, "Oh, it seems the person we're about to meet is very interesting! I like it!"
Mr. Valo stood to the side, his expression shifting from helplessness to indifference. He had already realized that these two newcomers, Summoners, were not only unique in their skills but also different in personality and behavior. He sighed softly, contemplating how to introduce these two unconventional new members to The Triumvirate under such circumstances.
At that moment, Wei Dong patted God Tone on the shoulder and said half-jokingly, "Don't forget, this isn't our original world; let's not cause too much trouble."
God Tone grinned and responded, "Don't worry, bro, I know my limits. As long as we don't really start fighting, what's the harm in saying a few words?"
Later, Mr. Valo led Wei Dong and God Tone to the grand city gate. Their arrival immediately caught the attention of a team of heavily armed soldiers, who quickly raised their weapons and formed a tight defensive line, blocking their path. The whole scene was filled with alertness and tension.
Faced with this sudden obstruction, Mr. Valo appeared calm and composed. He raised his hand and shouted loudly at the soldiers in front of him, "Hey! I am Valo, the Third Staff Officer beside General Darius! What gives you the right to stop me?"
Upon hearing this, the soldiers immediately exchanged glances, showing some hesitation. A captain-level soldier stepped forward, his gaze shifting between Mr. Valo and The Two Brothers behind him. He asked seriously, "Mr. Valo, who are these two?"
Mr. Valo smiled slightly and pointed at Wei Dong and God Tone, saying, "They are the special talents newly selected by General Darius, here specifically to meet The Triumvirate."
Upon hearing this, the captain's expression grew more serious as he carefully scrutinized Wei Dong and God Tone. Wei Dong's bare upper body and colorful beach shorts, along with God Tone's white tank top stained with yellow and his only wearing of briefs, left him feeling confused and on guard. Such attire seemed particularly out of place in the serious atmosphere of Noxus.
