Entering the Immortal Fortress hall, the Two Brothers were captivated by the magnificent sight before them. The space of the hall was vast, with a towering arched ceiling adorned with intricate decorations, each stone slab depicting the history and glory of Noxus. Heavy stone pillars supported the entire space, engraved with various murals of wars and victories, as if permanently embedding these historical tales here.
Gigantic red Noxus banners hung on the walls, gently swaying with the movement of the air inside, creating a solemn and dignified atmosphere. The light within came from the fireplace and high-hanging torches, casting a soft orange glow that contrasted sharply with the deep red decorations, adding an air of mystery and antiquity.
As they entered the hall, the guards on both sides watched the unusual visitors with serious expressions. Wei Dong and God Tone, dressed in ordinary clothes, clearly stood out in this solemn setting. Nevertheless, they seemed unconcerned with the surrounding gazes and instead looked around more freely.
At the end of the hall, the massive door seemed like an entrance to another world. The spectacular door was intricately carved with depictions of past battles and legends of Noxus. The heavily armored warriors standing in front of the door wore steel-like armor, their spears and shields gleaming with a cold light, as if ready to face any challenge at any moment.
Wei Dong and God Tone were captivated by the scene before them, unable to resist slowing their pace to carefully observe everything. Wei Dong couldn't help but swallow, gaining a deeper understanding of the majesty of Noxus.
Mr. Valo pointed to the large door ahead and said, "That is where the meeting room of The Triumvirate is located. Once you enter that door, you will meet the figures who control the fate of Noxus. Are you ready?" Mr. Valo's voice interrupted The Two Brothers' observation, and they turned to catch a glimpse of the door he was pointing at, feeling an inexplicable surge of excitement and anticipation. They knew that passing through this door would usher in a new chapter in their destiny.
Wei Dong looked into God Tone's eyes and saw a hint of unease. He understood that ever since they accidentally crossed into the world of League of Legends, every step they took had been heart-stopping. Now, they were about to face what might be the most significant moment yet, naturally causing tension.
Wei Dong lowered his head slightly, adjusted the pants at his waist, and then gently pushed up the glasses on the bridge of his nose. In a voice only God Tone could hear, he said, "Damn it! Stop being a sissy, we can do this!" Although his words were rough, they carried a deep brotherly affection.
Hearing Wei Dong say this, a hint of gratitude flashed in his eyes. He knew that no matter how difficult the moment was, as long as his brother was by his side, there would always be an inexplicable sense of reassurance. Although they often teased and mocked each other outwardly, that was the unique way of communication between The Two Brothers, and it was also their way of encouraging each other in the face of challenges.
Taking a deep breath, he smiled and replied, "Damn it, got it! Let's show them how we can turn the game into reality!" After saying that, he gave a thumbs up and made an encouraging gesture towards Wei Dong.
The Two Brothers seem to have their own unique way of coping with the serious moment ahead. Wei Dong and God Tone casually adjusted their pants, completely disregarding their surroundings and the eyes watching them. This action, even in a place like Noxus, stood out remarkably.
Mr. Valo watched this scene and could only helplessly turn his head away. He thought to himself: perhaps this is some sort of psychological preparation ritual unique to these brothers. He had learned not to comment too much on Wei Dong and God Tone's behavior, only hoping they would successfully navigate the upcoming challenge.
The two heavily armed gatekeepers on duty at the gate also noticed the scene. Even though their faces were covered by masks, the perplexed look in their eyes, visible through their helmets, showed their confusion about this behavior. They were accustomed to the discipline and seriousness of Noxus, but had never seen such a relaxed, almost absurd, behavior.
Wei Dong and God Tone stood in front of Mr. Valo. Although their appearance and attire were still unconventional, their eyes revealed an unprecedented determination. They said in unison, "We are ready!" This firm and confident declaration shocked Mr. Valo, as it was the first time he had sensed such seriousness from these unruly brothers. Seeing their resolute statement, Mr. Valo couldn't help but smile, feeling the undeniable determination behind them. This determination, in stark contrast to their earlier relaxed and somewhat ridiculous behavior, filled Mr. Valo with curiosity and anticipation for these brothers.
"Just be ready!" Mr. Valo replied, a hint of appreciation flashing in his eyes.
The three of them walked together to the massive gate guarded by the sentinels. Mr. Valo nodded; as someone familiar with this place, a simple gesture from him was enough to convey the intent to enter. The guards had enough recognition and respect for Mr. Valo, and although they remained somewhat wary and puzzled about the accompanying Wei Dong and God Tone, they did not raise any questions. The guards silently stepped aside, clearing the path for the three to proceed deeper into the Immortal Fortress.
Wei Dong and God Tone walked past the gatekeeper and entered the gate. The world behind the gate was full of unknowns. For them, this would be a completely new journey, a brand new world full of challenges and opportunities waiting to be explored.
