After smiling in response, Liu Guanfeng turned and walked out. Following Zhang Diba's directions, he headed straight for the west of the village. Upon arriving at Village West, he saw the blacksmith's sign at the third shop, which read Huang's Blacksmith Shop.
Liu Guanfeng stepped into the Blacksmith Shop. At that moment, there were not many customers inside. After entering, he noticed that only one assistant was dozing off behind the counter. Liu Guanfeng approached the counter and lightly tapped it twice. The assistant opened his eyes and immediately smiled upon seeing Liu Guanfeng. "Sir, how can I assist you?"
"I would like to see your Master Huang. Is he here?"
The assistant nodded. "Our shopkeeper is resting in the back. I'll go call him for you; please wait here."
"Alright, go ahead." Liu Guanfeng replied while looking around at the works displayed on the walls of the shop. He was quite knowledgeable about weapons. The weapons and armor on the wall were only slightly better than what ordinary soldiers used. This indicated that the blacksmith's skills in this shop were quite limited.
After about five minutes, the young assistant returned with a middle-aged man. "Shopkeeper, this is the customer looking for you."
Hearing this, Liu Guanfeng turned around and looked up and down at the newcomer. The man appeared to be in his forties and stood over six feet tall. His muscular build exuded power, and his skin was tanned from sun exposure and soot from the forge.
The Shopkeeper clasped his fists towards Liu Guanfeng and said, "Young man, may I ask what brings you to me?"
Liu Guanfeng took out the token that Zhang Diba had given him, holding it in his hand for the display case to see while saying, "I came here to borrow something from Master Huang."

After carefully putting away the token, Liu Guanfeng replied, "I would like to borrow the blacksmith's forge at the back. Is that possible?"

After passing through a small door, they arrived in a courtyard that served as a forging area.
Liu Guanfeng stood in front of the forge and said to Master Huang, "Master Huang, may I borrow your iron ore? You can charge me later."
Master Huang waved his hand dismissively. "No need to worry about payment. Since this is an order from the Big Leader, young brother, feel free to use it. I'm just curious about what you're planning to forge."
"To be honest with you, Master Huang, I want to create a weapon for the young lady."
"Doesn't the young lady already have weapons?"
"The young lady always says that her weapon feels uncomfortable to use, and since the Leader selection Competition is happening in a few days, she asked me to help her come up with a suitable weapon."

Only then did the two boys notice that the person in front of the furnace was not their master but a boy around their age who was operating the Bellows.

"It doesn't matter who he is; I've called you here to help. From now until the weapon is forged, you two must follow this young brother's instructions. Do you understand?"

As long as you both promise not to slack off, this will be yours," said Liu Guanfeng as he took out two gold coins from his pocket and tossed them over.
The two brothers smiled widely upon seeing the gold coins. "You're too kind, young man. Leave the Furnace to us. We guarantee the temperature won't drop; just watch us."
After receiving the coins, Tiger Head and Tiger Tail immediately took hold of the handles of the Bellows and began to pump, while the other brother's task was to add coal.
Master Huang, watching his two precious disciples, shook his head helplessly; it was quite embarrassing.
Liu Guanfeng smiled slightly at the two simple-minded brothers and without further ado, picked up a piece of red-hot iron ore from the Furnace. A true craftsman shows their skill immediately, and Master Huang was eager to see what this young man could do. This process continued throughout the afternoon until Liu Guanfeng had finished forging all the ore. At this point, he stacked the two pieces of iron together and continued hammering. Both points were difficult to achieve; thus, most blacksmiths on the knightly path still used single pieces of ore for forging weapons and armor. The ability to fuse two pieces of ore was one of the main assessments for blacksmiths; being able to completely merge them marked one as a senior blacksmith—a status held by individuals at President level in major guilds along the road.
At this moment, Master Huang's gaze toward Liu Guanfeng changed dramatically. A senior blacksmith? He had never heard of such a young senior blacksmith on this continent; even among those high-ranking members of the Trade Union, their apprentices would never be this young.
Liu Guanfeng set aside the fused Pig Iron ingots and once again pulled out a piece of iron about the size of an egg from the Furnace. When this small iron piece was taken out, Tiger Head and Tiger Tail were momentarily stunned; they could feel that the temperature in the furnace had risen significantly.
