The Prince finally slowly moved over and stood beside Yui, waving his hand in front of her eyes. Then he looked at Yui's right hand, which had a slight trace of blood seeping through her fingers.
After pondering for a while, the Prince gently took Yui's hand out from the window. Yui pretended to lean back into his embrace.
Hehe... since tofu is there to be eaten, it seems the Prince has already dismissed his suspicions.
The Prince's body stiffened for a moment but ultimately did not push her away. Instead, he picked her up horizontally and walked over to the Small Bed in her outer room, gently placing her down before turning to leave.
Yui looked at her continuously bleeding right hand and then at the slightly chilly night air, feeling a bit resentful. How could he not show any concern for her? At the very least, he should have covered her with a blanket.
Just as she was about to reach for the cup beside her, she keenly heard footsteps approaching and immediately pretended to be dead on the bed.
She dared not make a sound and kept her eyes tightly shut.
Why did the Prince come back again? Did he realize she was pretending to be sleepwalking? Was he here to kill her???
Amidst Yui's chaotic thoughts, she suddenly felt a cool sensation on her hand, and the pain lessened a bit.
Yui opened her eyes slightly and saw the Prince's dark Azure Hair hanging down on both sides, with some strands lightly brushing against her arm, causing a slight tickle. She couldn't help but drift away in thought...
The Prince held a bottle of ointment in his hand and carefully applied it to her wound. Then he took some gauze to wrap it up for her, although... well, it wasn't wrapped very neatly.
But Yui's eyes were filled with hearts; wow, what a loving prince! She had previously misunderstood him.
She then saw that jar of ointment and suddenly felt it looked particularly familiar.
Wasn't that exactly the same ointment that the waiter had stolen before? Why did the prince have it too? Or was it actually stolen from the prince?
However, another incredible thought popped into her mind... Could it be that the prince sent it?
No way, no way. She immediately dismissed that idea. If that were the case, why would he have someone hit her?
The ointment had already been applied, but the prince still hadn't left. He pulled back the blanket to cover Yui and stood at the foot of the bed, gazing at her intently.
