Thus, having impressive equipment parameters alone does not guarantee a higher rating.
Moreover, each type of equipment has its own installation conditions and generally requires high standards for the overall layout of Fleet Girls' ship equipment and the strength of their hulls. For instance, a Destroyer Girl cannot equip a Battleship's main gun, just as a Battleship cannot install torpedo launchers. Aircraft Carrier Ship Girls are usually experts at flying planes; however, if you let one hold an MK7 and try to compete against a Battleship Girl, she would be easily overwhelmed in seconds. Therefore, no Fleet Girl can infinitely stack parameters through equipment alone.
Additionally, the requirements for parameters at different ratings are almost excessively stringent. For example, for a General-level Battleship Girl, the Firepower parameter must not be lower than 180.
Now consider that same newly constructed Battleship Girl; if we equip her with four MK7s, her Firepower parameter would reach 27*4 or 108 points from just the equipment alone. Adding her initial 56 points brings her Firepower value to 164 points—just enough to meet the Lieutenant General standard.
Similarly, for a proper aircraft carrier like Lexington, while you could equip her with golden B25 bombers to raise her bombing value to Lieutenant General standards, it would be impossible to reach the standard for a Major General or even higher. Furthermore, ratings consider all overall parameters rather than just individual values.
Lastly, do you think Fleet Girls' weaponry is as cheap as cabbage? Can you find it online for nine dollars with free shipping and an instruction manual? Thus, achieving each level of strength rating for Fleet Girls is not that simple.
Next, let's continue discussing how to stack Firepower to 180. The Battleship Girl we just equipped with numerous artifacts has already accumulated her Firepower value to 164, leaving just 16 points to reach the ascension threshold of 180. So where do these 16 points come from? This is not a game; you can't just feed a bunch of Firepower food to enhance the attributes of Fleet Girls. Besides, there is no such food here. Can you imagine a Fleet Girl covered in blood devouring another Fleet Girl? Fog...
Therefore, for Fleet Girls to enhance their inherent parameters, they can only do so by continuously honing themselves in actual combat, breaking through their own limitations and surpassing their limits to achieve growth. Undoubtedly, this requires a significant amount of time and resources.
As for the Free Ship Girl, they may have plenty of time, but what about resources? Those belong to Military Supplies. Without the support of an Admiral, it is very difficult for them to acquire the four types of resources. This means they cannot train and refine themselves through extensive combat, and naturally, their strength cannot grow significantly. Of course, this does not mean that there are no strong individuals among the free ship groups that are not affiliated with any organization or individual; it's just that the proportion of strong individuals is considerably lower compared to those organized Fleet Girls.
