In the world of Admirals, there has always been one thing that many African Admirals have complained about, and that is showing off their ships.
It's not to mention those fair-skinned Europeans; it's quite normal for them to flaunt a bit. Even those less fortunate Africans like to showcase their Fleet Girls in front of chieftains who are even more unfortunate than themselves, displaying a sense of superiority and seeking a bit of confidence.

During their travels in Europe, they had encountered quite a few Admirals. Whenever they saw someone being overwhelmed by Richelieu, Prince of Wales, Veneto, and Kayo—four Battleship Girls—looking utterly despondent, Carmicia found it amusing. Thus, when it came to showing off ships, Loli was even more proactive than Chuyang.
"Let them show off! Your Admiral has seen all sorts of storms; what's a mere ship showcase to him?" Chuyang said nonchalantly.
To be honest, Chuyang felt it was better to keep a low profile regarding showing off ships. As the saying goes, it's better to make money quietly and avoid unnecessary attention. In reality, there was no need for Carmicia to notify anyone; as long as he stayed outside long enough, Prince of Wales and the others would come looking for him to ensure his safety. So it was best to wait and see; there was no need to have Carmicia seek out Prince of Wales and the others as if he were particularly fond of showing off ships.
"Hello, my name is Shangguan Yuluo. If you don't mind, can we share a table?" The young Admiral, Shangguan Yuluo, said politely.
"Chuyang, feel free."
"Thank you."
After taking a seat, Shangguan Yuluo waved to the waiter and ordered two cocktails, then turned to Chuyang and said, "Brother Chu, judging by your appearance, you must be from Asia as well?"

"Then we are fellow countrymen. Let me introduce myself again: I am Shangguan Yuluo, a graduate of the 13th class of Rongcheng Naval Academy. I currently serve at the Fifty-Ninth Forward Base on the southeastern coast of Asia. This is my Fleet Girl, Colorado," Shangguan Yuluo introduced while pointing to the blonde sister beside her.
While saying this, although Shangguan Yuluo concealed it well, Chuyang still detected a hint of pride in her eyes.
"Chutong, nice to meet you."
Colorado had long golden hair that shimmered like satin and wore a white dress. She had a full and curvy figure, particularly her chest, which seemed even more voluptuous than Helena from Chuyang's memories.

Therefore, every year, countless Admirals visit European Emperor in Europe, especially those like Chuyang from other Battle Zones, who often come to Europe primarily to meet her.
"I'm not here for that; I'm looking for someone."
"Shangguan Admiral, why do you want to visit European Emperor?" Carmicia asked curiously.
Although they have always lived in Europe, they reside in the inland city of Blanca City. Additionally, their responsibilities are not closely related to Fleet Girls, and without any Admiral around, Carmicia and her companions have remained somewhat detached from the mainstream Fleet Girls circle and are not very familiar with the deeds of European Emperor.
