Liu You'er looked at the map she had taken from Yue Xingze, then glanced at the completely blocked cave entrance. She slammed her hand against the entrance, causing more rubble to fall, and the cave even began to shake.
She paused for a moment, and White Lightning flickered in her hand as she prepared to forcefully open the entrance and escape. As for what would happen in this monster-filled underground world, it was none of her concern.
"Wait!"
Her hand was grabbed by a small figure.
"The cave is going to collapse, right?"
"Yeah, what's wrong?" Liu You'er asked, confused.
In the dim light, Ziche's expression was hard to see, but she could tell he was anxiously pacing the ground. "No, there's a human child trapped inside. We have to save them."

Liu You'er didn't respond. She wasn't a savior; there were too many monsters around, and getting entangled with them would be troublesome. She couldn't afford to get blood on her hands while also protecting Ziche from getting splattered—what a hassle.
Moreover, who knew what kind of monster a human child who had survived in such an underground environment for so long would be?
Ziche didn't think that much; he only assumed Liu You'er saw him as a burden. After pondering for a moment, his eyes lit up. "I have a plan!"
Twenty minutes later.

After Liu You'er successfully destroyed several stone walls and killed dozens of monsters, they finally settled down, choosing to ignore her presence. They would run at the sound of her footsteps, but in reality, they were quietly gathering somewhere.
"Hey, where's that kid?"
She asked the half-person-high cage made of vines in her hands.
Before long, a small head poked out from the cage and said, "Sister, is there any candy left?"
"?"

In a dark cave, a small figure crawled through a narrow path.
"Kekekeke~"
The Little Monster was in a good mood; she had caught a half-grown tiger in the forest, which was twice her size. It was effortless for her to drag its corpse with one hand as she headed toward the "restaurant." However, as soon as she emerged, she saw something familiar at the intersection.
She tossed the tiger's corpse into the cave and rushed straight toward the underground treasure—Lollipop!
Her mind was simple; having never seen a trap before, she didn't think much of it. So she happily tore open the wrapper and popped the candy into her mouth, savoring a taste she had never experienced before.
But when she glanced around, she discovered more nearby! It formed a winding path made entirely of Lollipops.
Finally, five minutes later, as she had to lift her hands and walk only on her feet, she saw an unfamiliar woman in front of her.
"Whoosh"
The candy was thrown away by it.
"Goo~~~~"
She quickly got on all fours, adopting a hunting stance, her front body low to the ground while her back arched, making threatening sounds from her throat, her eyes filled with menace, as if she would pounce on Liu You'er at any moment.
"Hey, hey, it's me!"
Ziche hurriedly poked his head out upon hearing the familiar voice, waving enthusiastically at Little Monster. However, when Little Monster saw him, her expression changed in shock and she turned to run, as if fleeing from a great danger.
Liu You'er looked at the distressed Ziche and rushed over to grab Little Monster. Since she wasn't wearing any clothes, Liu You'er could only grip her by the neck.
"Sister, don't choke her; look, her face is turning purple."
"Shut up."
Liu You'er continued to observe Little Monster, who turned out to be a four-year-old girl. It was unclear why she had been raised by a monster until now.
"Awoo awoo awoo!!"
The little girl began to struggle, continuously making noises. After a while, a commotion ensued.
"Awoo~~~"
A loud, piercing sound erupted not far away, revealing a female monster with a few strands of white hair and a white plastic stick pinned in her hair. She seemed ready to attack but hesitated as she looked at Liu You'er's hand, unwilling to advance.
This must be the monster that raised the little girl.
However, she was not interested and said calmly, "Take me outside."
These monsters had killed many people, so they could roughly guess what Liu You'er meant. After turning in circles for a moment, the monster nodded and turned to lead the way.
"Sister, that monster understands. Please don't kill her..."
"Zzap!"
A jolt of electricity coursed through the Little Monster, causing her body to go limp and lose strength. Although she remained conscious, she could no longer move.
"Aw!"
Monster Mom immediately turned around upon hearing the sound, nearly rushing over in a frenzy, her eyes still filled with maternal love.
"Don't worry, she's fine. Just keep leading."
Unconsciously softening her tone, she said this lightly while placing the Little Monster into a basket alongside Ziche, not bothering to look back at her expression.
Monster Mom twitched her ears, hearing the Little Monster's breath still present, and continued walking. However, an hour later, they were still in the underground cavern.
Liu You'er cautiously observed the monotonous surroundings and frowned. She felt as if they had been descending continuously; if nothing unusual happened, they must now be about ten kilometers underground.
Little Monster kept its eyes wide open, realizing that "Mother" had taken the wrong path.
It couldn't go on.
Liu You'er felt an increasingly ominous premonition. She stopped in her tracks and turned to leave, only to be blocked by dozens of monsters that were twice the size of ordinary ones.
Turning back, she saw Monster Mother standing a hundred meters away, gazing at her amidst a group of monsters. No, it should be the Little Monster behind her, with murky tears dropping one by one.
Before long, an ordinary monster handed her a small red meatball that looked freshly born, its eyes still closed.
"Drip"
Liu You'er felt a wetness on her neck and slightly turned her head, catching a glimpse of the little girl with tears streaming down her face, her fingers twitching.
Monster Mom seemed to have given up on the adopted child for the sake of her biological one. Although the little girl was young, she must have understood that she had been abandoned.
However, it appeared that she had underestimated the intelligence of these monsters. But so what? She had food in her space; staying in this underground world for ten years was no problem.
Just as she was about to attack, she witnessed something she never expected—the monsters used sharp stones to cut their own bodies...

"Wow, I finally got out!"
Liu You'er felt the long-awaited, slightly dazzling sunlight and was almost overwhelmed with happiness. Spending a month underground without sunlight was terrifying.
However, those monsters were quite relentless, even injuring themselves to fight her. Naturally, she could only escape at first. With so much corrosive blood splattering on her, she felt like she would dissolve into water. But it was futile; the monsters were everywhere, and she had no choice but to fight back.
Later, whenever she got corroded, she would drink well water to recover and continue fighting. This cycle of pain lasted for seven days, repeating dozens of times. She suddenly realized that even without drinking well water, her body could slowly recover.
Another week passed, and the monster's blood was as harmless to her as water.
With the most troublesome blood no longer posing a danger, these monsters were left with only their swift movements, lacking any lethality.
Finally, in the third week, her world fell completely silent. The monsters seemed to have suffered heavy casualties and had given up entirely; they would run away upon hearing her voice.
The only noteworthy mention was the little girl. Although she was human, she was not harmed by the corrosive blood at all. It seemed that the Monster Mom had put in a lot of effort into her.
As for why she dug this hole, it was simply because the other entrances were dirty and smelly, narrow enough to require crawling like a dog hole, which she did not want to do. Thus began her diligent digging journey.
In the fourth week, the little girl secretly left in the middle of the night. Liu You'er didn't mind; it was obvious she went to find her Monster Mom. Sure enough, two hours later, she returned in a state of distress and from then on followed them obediently.
"Ahh."
The world is truly beautiful~
"Roar~"
In the distance, an incongruous sound echoed; it turned out to be a low-level Zombie, starved to skin and bones, now eyeing the two children beside her with green light in its eyes.
The little girl looked at the Zombie and turned her head, saying, "No... it's not tasty!"
She cleaned herself up and put on a little dress. Although she walked awkwardly and could only say the words "tasty" and "not tasty," when she stood still and didn't speak, she looked as cute as a porcelain doll.
Beside her, Ziche quickly took out some candy and presented it to the little girl like a treasure.
It seemed that no one cared about the Zombie that was almost starving to death.
"Get lost!"
A powerful Mental Power surged forth, and the Zombie immediately stopped howling upon sensing this force, fleeing without looking back.
Really, why were even two little kids showing off their affection? Was it innate?
"Indeed, being a single mother is tough; I'm already going through menopause~"
A familiar and frivolous voice made Liu You'er pause for a moment. She turned to glance back and said, "What kind of suffering have you been through recently to look this ugly?"
Xuan Mo smiled and replied, "Long time no see. Are you going to hurt my tender heart on our first meeting?"
But it wasn't entirely Liu You'er's fault. Although he still had his charm, he was completely different from his previous self. He exuded an aura of both relief and despair.
Liu You'er didn't know what to say upon seeing him like this. She raised an eyebrow and fell silent, while Xuan Mo seemed eager to vent. He sat down beside her and said, "I successfully got rid of W Doctor; I'm free now."
