After waking up, Rek was invited to a silver-white metallic glass room, where a bespectacled diplomat in a suit sat down to talk with him. 0

The conversation went smoothly. 0

"I've actually been enjoying my time in the Ancient Capital these days, especially since I'm heading to the Dark Space soon. This is my last chance to relax before leaving the Main Plane of Earth. I never expected that during my vacation, I would encounter a disaster that nearly cost me my life. Now, I have serious doubts about the safety of the Lanstor Foundation's resort in the Ancient Capital," Rek said. 0

The Lanstor diplomat began to explain to Rek. 0

"I want the Moon Goddess. I've really grown fond of this robot during my stay in the Ancient Capital. As long as you agree to give her to me without erasing her previous memories, we can discuss everything else." 0

"I'm sure you've investigated this matter. The money I used for my vacation in the Ancient Capital was all borrowed from the Star Alliance Federal Bank. This amount may not be significant for you, but it's a huge debt for me. I never expected to spend so much money and almost die!" 0

That evening, Rek attended a reception hosted by the Lanstor Foundation. 0

The next day, in a premium compartment of the Maglev Train, a fifteen or sixteen-year-old girl dressed in white and an eighteen or nineteen-year-old boy were sitting by the window, looking at the scenery outside. 0

"Rek, I can't believe what you said was true! I didn't expect that your way of taking me away was to get yourself seriously injured so that the Research Institution would send me to you as compensation. With that Controller you have in your hand, you can command me to do anything now," the Moon Goddess said somewhat gloomily to Rek. 0

With a snap, Rek casually crushed the Controller. 0

"Alright, Moon Goddess, you are free now. I won't command you, but I hope you can stay by my side for a while. Of course, you can leave anytime and go explore the Star Alliance," Rek said with a smile to the Moon Goddess. 0

"Ah! You bad guy, you've taken me away from the Ancient Capital. I don't understand anything about the outside world. If I don't follow you, who will I follow? Have you been planning this all along?" the Moon Goddess said softly to Rek. 0

When the Moon Goddess saw Rek casually destroy the Controller that controlled the chip in her mind, she felt quite happy inside. 0

"Hehehe!" Rek chuckled foolishly without responding. 0

Rek took the Moon Goddess off the Maglev Train. She looked at the towering Metal City, the flying Hover Cars, and the city dwellers dressed completely differently from those in the Ancient Capital. The Moon Goddess showed a somewhat timid expression and inadvertently hid behind Rek. 0

"Don't worry, I'll take you to find a hotel to rest. After that, I need to go out for a bit, but I'll be back soon," Rek said to the Moon Goddess as he led her to a mid-range hotel. 0

The Lanstor Foundation not only gifted the Moon Goddess robot to Rek but also provided him with a substantial amount of Star Alliance Digital Currency. 0

"Book a double room, but not one with two beds in one room; we need two separate rooms," Rek told the hotel front desk. 0

The little girl at the front desk smiled as she looked at Rek and the Moon Goddess before nodding and checking Rek's status. 0

"Where is her identity information Wrist Communicator?" the little girl asked Rek. 0

"Her Wrist Communicator is broken; just use mine. My citizen safety level is very high," Rek replied to the little girl. 0

The girl scanned Rek's Wrist Communicator with an Electronic Device and handed him a card for Room 2942. 0

Rek brought the Moon Goddess with him and took a fast elevator to the 29th floor, opening the door to room 2942. 0

As Rek and the Moon Goddess entered the room, Rek closed the door and walked around with the Moon Goddess. She only relaxed when she realized there was no one else in the two-bedroom apartment. 0

"Don't worry, you can rest here for a while. I have some things to take care of, but I'll be back in less than half a day. After that, I'll take you out for dinner and get you an Identity Watch," Rek said to the Moon Goddess. 0

"Come back early!" the Moon Goddess said, still a bit worried. 0

"Okay!" 0

Rek then went to the city's Military Supply Office to report in. A month of leave had ended, and these new recruits were about to head to Dark Space. 0

Upon entering the Military Supply Office, a soldier led Rek to undergo a physical examination. After completing various tests, some information was entered into Rek's Wrist Communicator. 0

"Special Enrollment Reik, congratulations! Your physical condition meets the requirements. You are now a reserve special soldier of the Star Alliance Military. Tomorrow morning, do not eat or drink anything; come to the Military Supply Office at eight o'clock for your Genetic Mecha Embryo assignment. After seven days, you will head to Dark Space for the future of the Star Alliance!" a Military Doctor in a white coat told Rek. 0

"Genetic Mecha Embryo assignment? Aren't those given only after entering Dark Space Super Warrior Academy? Why are they being assigned here in Earth's Main Space?" Rek asked curiously, as he had always thought Genetic Mecha Embryos were obtained at the Dark Space Super Soldier Academy. 0

"As students of the Super Soldier Academy, those who meet the minimum Genetic Mech parasitism standards will receive their Genetic Mech in Main Space first. After all, Genetic Mechs need time to synchronize with their users and develop combat capabilities. 0

As for those assigned Genetic Mechs within the Super Soldier Academy, some students may not meet the standards and will need training at the academy for a period of time," the Military Doctor explained to Rek. 0

Feeling pleased after hearing this, Rek took his Super Soldier Academy uniform. 0

Rek returned to the inn and saw Moon Goddess sitting in a chair, eagerly looking towards the door. When she saw Rek come back, Moon Goddess was very excited. 0

"Let's go. I'll take you to try some food from our human world, and then we'll get you an Identity Watch. That way, you'll have an identity just like humans," Rek said to Moon Goddess. 0

"Identity Watch? Is that the ring on your wrist? I'm not hungry; just take me to get a Wrist Communicator first," Yue Sheng said eagerly. 0

"Okay!" 0

Then Rek took Moon Goddess to find the hidden Rebel Armed Forces Underground Contact Point in this city, using the coded signals from Previous Life's memories. 0

Inside a small shop for Repair Supplies. 0

Rek entered the shop with Moon Goddess, who felt scared looking at the mechanical parts in the room. 0

Rek began speaking in code to the shopkeeper and exchanged a few words. 0

"Please go to the inner hall," the shopkeeper said to Rek, opening a metal door. 0

After entering through the metal door, Rek and Moon Goddess found themselves at the end of a passageway leading to a Large Circular Chair. After pulling Moon Goddess down to sit, the Throne began to descend rapidly into the underground. 0
