Exhausted, the two once again took the Bone Blade and continuously stabbed it into the lizard corpses on the sandy ground to activate their devouring ability.
Sixteen heads along with eight massive lizard bodies were drained by the powerful devouring ability of the Genetic Mech.
In order to survive in Dark Space, Rek and his clone decided to supply all the devouring energy to the Genetic Mech's protective System. Neither of their Genetic Mechs upgraded, but for the short term, they could protect their bodies while traversing Dark Space.
"Clone, activate the Wrist Communicator's camera function and record the skulls of these eleven Two-Headed Lizards, and take a few of their teeth with you," Rek commanded his clone. Now that they no longer had the storage compartment of the Hover Motorcycle, they could only rely on simple recordings, hoping that the Super Soldier Academy would be able to discern the authenticity of the footage.
After recording was complete, Rek felt a bit troubled.
He was now too far from the Super Soldier Academy Fortress, which was still on the move. If Rek and his clone relied solely on their legs to run, even without encountering other Alien Species along the way, they wouldn't catch up to the Fortress.
Most importantly, Rek couldn't abandon his clone; once this Permanent Clone Technique was released, he couldn't retract it.
Rek began to think and recalled a method based on a conversation he had with Alice in the academy cafeteria. The Super Soldier Academy should be heading towards the Dark Gold Soil Mine.
Moreover, Maya's Special Class Two would be dispatched by Yin Yang Principal to guard the hidden Golden Ant Swarm at the Dark Gold Soil Mine after military training concluded in a few days.
"Clone, first send back the recording of these eleven Two-Headed Lizard bones through the Wrist Communicator to the base. After that, return the Wrist Communicator to me and make your way to the Mine. Be careful along the way," Rek instructed his clone, preparing for it to face some hardships.
Rek's clone unconditionally executed Rek's commands and contacted the Super Soldier Academy Fortress using the Wrist Communicator.

More than an hour ago, in the monitoring room of Super Soldier Academy Fortress, Maya watched as her detector's Virtual Map displayed three red dots appearing near Rek's blue dot.
Maya realized that Rek had encountered three Alien Species and began to worry.
Fortunately, within just a few minutes, the three red dots representing Alien Species disappeared; they must have been successfully eliminated by Rek. Just as Maya felt relieved and prepared to boast about her student Rek's prowess to her colleagues in the monitoring room, she noticed that another eight red dots had appeared next to Rek's blue dot on the map.
"Where did these Alien Species come from! Why didn't we detect them earlier? Prepare the Hover Motorcycle quickly; I need to rescue my Student!" Maya shouted anxiously in the control room.
Faced with the sudden appearance of red dots, Maya was certain that Rek had been surrounded by the Alien Horde.
The staff in the studio tried to persuade Maya: "The detector can only detect Alien Species above the Sand. The Alien Beings hidden beneath the Sand and some special abilities of Alien Species cannot be detected.
Maya, your student Rek's hunt for Alien Species Punishment was set by the principal and cannot be interfered with. Moreover, even if you went now, with such a distance, you wouldn't make it in time; he should have already—ah! The red dots are decreasing. Your Trainee Rayke is actually fighting against eight Alien Species and has successfully killed one. Oh my god! He killed another one; there are only six red dots left."

In the Super Soldier Academy control room, they received a video from Rek's Wrist Communicator, showing a row of twenty-two skulls of creatures.
"My goodness, what am I seeing!"
"So many bones of Alien Species!"
"Upon comparison, these are skulls of Two-Headed Lizards. Oh my god, Maya, your student is incredible! As expected from a Special Class; he single-handedly killed eleven Two-Headed Lizards!"
"This guy named Rek, isn't he a Freshman this year? Not an Old Instructor?"
"Maya, this student named Rek from your class is amazing!"
The discussion began in the monitoring room. Maya listened on the side, feeling immensely pleased. She was glad she came to the control room this afternoon; having such an impressive student made her feel proud as a teacher.
Maya started using the communicator in the control room to dial Rek's Wrist Communicator.
"Rek, congratulations on successfully killing eleven Two-Headed Lizard Variants; you have completed the hunting mission assigned by the principal. You can return to school now. Are you injured?" Maya asked through the communicator.
Rek connected the communication call with Maya.
"I'm not injured, but my Hover Motorcycle is totaled. Since I've completed the hunting mission, can someone come pick me up? The principal only said I couldn't have anyone help me hunt Alien Species, not that I couldn't have someone come get me!" Rek said into the communicator.
"I'll come pick you up. I'm currently determining your exact Coordinate, and I should arrive in about an hour," Maya replied.
Then Maya turned off the communicator.
"Prepare a Two-Person Hoverbike for me. My student Rek has exceeded the hunting task of ten Alien Species. I'm going to pick him up and bring him back to Fortress," Maya announced in the monitoring room before turning and leaving with her head held high to retrieve Rek.
After closing the communicator, Rek was about to take back his Wrist Communicator from his clone when he noticed a humanoid figure in the distance, its gray outline moving rapidly towards him at an astonishing speed.
"Ding dong, friendly reminder: An evolved three times carrying special energy Eerie Species has appeared within one kilometer of the Host. It is recommended that the Host engage in combat. If the Host devours it afterward, the Genetic Mech will evolve, and the System will receive sixty percent of the energy," the voice of the War God System echoed in Rek's mind.
"What! An evolved three times Eerie Species! War God, I can barely handle an evolved once Eerie Species! By the way, if I lie down and play dead, will it trick it?" Rek thought in surprise, feeling incredibly unlucky to encounter a rare species like Eerie Species just days after leaving the super soldier Fortress.
Previously on the Main Plane, he had faced an evolved four times Weird Species Multi-Faced Being, which was a mental attack type of Alien Species with special barrier skills. Thanks to a mix of luck and the greed of the War God System, he had managed to kill the Multi-Faced Man and survive.
Now, Rek's strength was not even enough to match an evolved once Alien Species, let alone an evolved three times Eerie Species.
